I visit Watsonville once a month to visit family, I didnt live in the vicinity. And I make an effort to visit this local Starbucks each time with family. Im appalled at the conditions of this Starbucks at this location, the subject is the individual bathrooms. On one occasion, the womens room, the floor appeared to have lacked a sweep and a mop in a very long time, some sort of dry clumps of something on the floor( I cant imagine). Another time, I had to use the mens room when the womens room lack toilet paper, it was marked with graffiti on the ceiling and the mirror. There where piles of trash and papers left on the floor. And what really topped it off, and certaily thought it was time to complain and after you spend Money on Starbucks products, I had to stand back in line for the register and request a roll of toilet paper for my family member to use. Embarrassing! I hope upper management read this and take action.

This is a filthy Starbucks. The bathrooms are gross. It would be nice if they locked the bathroom to ensure the ones using the facilities are paying customers especially since the employees dont clean them. This time the soap dispenser was busted so no soap for me...no soap for the people handling the food and drinks behind the counter after they have went to relieve themselves. Kind of disgusting. The places we see like the condiment counter is always dirty this is what we the public see..what cleaning methods are used in the non public food and drink preparation area? Thank you Starbucks on Freedom for providing us germs and bacteria to help our immune system grow stronger!

Much liking the uncrowding and piped ambient music. Frequented a many Starbucks around the world. Freedom is ever pleasant in terms spaciousness. The Blond brewed coffee is amazingly palatable beyond the first serving begging for more. High rating is just in the guise highly random visits. Kudos Starbucks Freedom! Good on you.
