I am the first to admit that El Central is run down, but it does have the best Mexican food in all of the valley. My family has been going there for a dozen plus years and it has become our favorite eatery. We meet there often on Sundays after church and try to get there Friday evenings. The food at Ramons El Central is simply put... the very best. We love it. Also the prices cant be beat. I always feel guilty that I havent paid enough for the food, so I add to the tip.

I absolutely love El Central, the food is prepared with care. I frequently just ask them to decide what I will have, never disappointed. I have been known to eat there five times in one week. Everything has been really good, Youll have to go back several times and try something different each time. You wont be disappointed.

I love their chicken quesadillas. This location is the old Mountain Mikes Pizza on Garden Highway. Someone mentioned that it was rundown. It is not bright and sparkling but rather "lived in". And thats just fine by me. You should never judge a book by its cover.

Place is run down and looks beat up. Bathroom was awful. The food was the worst! Salsa was old, like they refrigerate for days. Beans were sour, rice was dry--food was not fresh even though we went on a sunday! Service was ok/average.
