mala experiencia nunca pense que me trataran asi siempre havia dicho q era mi lugar favorito pero hoy deja de serlo me senti humillado x el servicio pesimo llegue a las 3 30 pm y me anote y espere 30 min no hay bronca donde hay buena comida vale la pena despues q ya me llaman y hay voy feliz a sentarme la mesa sucia y me preguntaron q si ahi les dije no hay problema y cuando me iva a sentar el mesero de al lado le dijo que no y ella me dijo va a tener q regresar a esperar todo x q el otro mesero les dijo q no asi q delante de la raza me regrese y ellos acaso no tienen comunicacion total si estaba reservada para alguien q se hablen entre ellos y ya ni me lleven a sentar pero eso fue humillacion jamas de los demas regresare y ya

que lugar tan mas horrible nos sentaron en una mesa que ni siquiera tiene espacio para la propia comida pedi una tostada de ceviche de camaron con mango omg era puro mango picado ha de ver tenido unos 2 camarones lo juro mi primera vez ahi nunca jamas voy a volver a nadie le recomiendo este lugar la musica extremadamemte fuerte y ni siquiera buena musica puros gritos horribleeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee

Banda en vivo las tostadas de camaron con mango me encanto la VIP buenisima las empanadas de camron estan buenas mas no excelentes a mi esposo le encanto en filete de pescado a mis hijos chiken nugets les gusta porque no es el pollo clasico redondito sino es puchuga de pollo empanizada y cortada en tiras es la 3ra vez que vamos y volveria a ir

The service was so bad!!! Right when we walked in the girls gave us dirty looks and they seemed pretty annoyed that we were there In the first place. I asked for cucumbers on the side of my Camarones and she did not bring me any!! The waitress ignored us the whole time and only came by once to see if we needed anything which by the way we were already almost done and it wasnt even busy. Then when we got up to pay, the cashier gave us a dirty look and was texting right infront of me while ignoring me and when she did finally notice me she did not speak to me at all!! Would of came back if it wasnt for their bad customer service NEVER AGAIN

No lo recomiendo!!!!! las tostas y los cocteles salados, yo no se como la gente se puede comer eso. Las meseras con cara de q an chupado limon q si no llebas las pulserotas de oro o coach carteras no atieden bien peor si bas en lunes como q bas a q te regalen la comida. PECIMA ATENCION.....

Our female server was not very friendly. I order a sprite which only taste it like carbonated water. I order some shrimp tacos which a had no shrimp only mashed potatoes and sliced tomatoes. I complained to the manager which she didnt even try to correct the problem or to give me a new order of tacos. I asked the server for an extra plate, which took her 5 minutes. I also order a tostada the camaron which the camaron was not fully prepared right. Wrost food ever and the service sucks there.

Muy mal servicio, la mesera "Mariana" estaba mas preocupada por quedar bien con los que tenian la banda en la mesa del lado, le pedimos limones y nunca los trajo, deverian de contratar meseras que bayan a trabajar y no andar de voladas.

Les falta la salsa guacamaya para q sea 100 culichi porq asi parese imitacion . P Y pal dueno en northgate venden la caja de salsa y miren q siempre q boy les reclamo y nada. Hay les encargo no me hagan quedar mal .

Awful.. I usually loved this place. Service was horrible. The waitress brought my husbands food and mine took another 10minutes and thats was it. It wasnt even busy. The Waitress never came back, didnt check on us not once. We were thirsty and no one came to us. The lady didnt even come back for a check and I didnt even get a box to go. Unfortunately I will never come back to this place. Ill be sticky to Los Portales in San Bernardino.

la comida es lo mejor de todo y sin contar la musica en vivo pero el servicio que tienen es de lo peor... parece que las meseras siempre andan de voladas con los clientes y a los demas no les ponen atencion.

The food is good and creative but we had a bad experience where my husband found a hair in his food. The bad part was that when we told the server he didnt care. We called for the manager and all he said was "well you already ate half of it". I understand accidents happen but they should care about their customers. We left feeling like they did not care losing a client. They lost two customers cuz we are not going there again.

2 stars just because the food was the only good thing. I asked to put the UFC fight on a certain TV 3 times and when if finally was passed along the security guard came up and told me that the TV couldnt get that channel which was such a lie when I had seen one of the workers say no that hed rather watch the soccer game and put the soccer game on all of the TVs. He should be working rather than watching the game...

sorry i didnt like this place it is real fancy but the food is not that great and its really expensive, service is terrible, looks like there are managers just standing there they should at least help the waitresses to take orders when theres a lot of people there. the waitresses have a lot of people to service. the micheladas are 12.00 i am not gonna buy a freaken michelada for 12.00.

Great service. Great food! Got a roll and also some ceviche here. When the live musics loud, its a little hard to talk. But thats probably one of the main draws. Since its in a large shopping center near a Stater Bros, theres plenty of parking. The ceviche mixto is a good size. Easily can feed two people with all the chips, tostadas, crackers, and excellent free salsa.
