First time coming into a Chipotle in Rialto and feeling very valued as a customer. I was greeted as I came in made me feel comfortable to look at the menu. I ended up going with two bowls 1 chicken 1 shredded beef every item was served with a smile made me choose more items just because of that. I didnt really care much of how much it was going to be at the end. Coming in and feeling valued as a customer and as a person makes me want to go back. Ordered online, picked up 4 minutes after the time it said it would be ready. What a huge mess, ordered 2 meals one with 2 tacos and one with 3. The food tasted ok but we could not even pick it up because the tortillas were ripped before we even started and the contents just spilled out everywhere. I could ha e spent $15 on tacos somewhere else and gotten way better then this slop. Very unhappy with the quality of food

I am a fan of chipotle and all it has to offer put this location in particular made me not want to come here again. First off, they didnt have carnitas ready. To me, that is just not acceptable, this isnt a new restaurant they should know how much food they need in order to meet demands. Secondly, the staff was rude and over charged for the smallest things. I enjoy the Chipotle in Redlands way more.
