I used to enjoy Panera but feel like they just keep going downhill while their prices go up and up. They advertise like crazy telling us how fresh and real their food is but it doesnt taste that way to me now. Everything tastes like its processed and weighed to be precise, the manufactured food service feeling. A couple years ago it actually tasted like fresh baked bread with nice ingredients for sandwiches. Not worth the time or cost now.

Brought my little girl for mommy daughter "girls lunch." Super-bummed the only vegan, gluten-free option of the delicious black bean soup was not on the menu. I asked about adjusting other menu items to fit my dietary restrictions and it didnt seem to be feasible. No more "girls lunch" at Panera I guess. So I sat and watched my daughter eat. More time to talk I guess.

The food is good, but pricey, I got the roasted turkey and avocado blt, really good. Plenty of spaces to sit good wi-fi, but as usual the service is rude, the cashier lady named Sydney, was rude to me, but smiled and was oh so nice to the white couple that ordered after me, the staff just seems to not smile at cutomers or maybe they dont smile at certain customers...

The food is good, just as youd expect at this type of place. Location is good, right off of 580 on First St. The layout of the dining room is kind of whacked and loops all the way around the restaurant. They could do a better job at keeping the place cleaned up. But enjoy it here when we are int he mood for a good sandwich and soup.

Their salads are fresh and original, same for their soups, delicious. Can sometimes be crowded with limited seating as students will take a table/booth for 4 and make it into a ONE person workstation. If it werent for that I would have given them 5 stars.

Big place, often busy. They recently added ordering kiosks at the front to help take congestion away from the main line. The food is consistent, although several times my order has been wrong with items missing or left when they were asked to exclude.

Very overpriced for a small sandwich. I bought a breakfast sandwich for about 5 dollars and all I got was a piece of bread cut in half with a little bit of egg and cheese inside of it. However the hot chocolate was extremely delicious!

The tomato mozzarella sandwich here is definitely my favorite. I enjoy the quality of the food here, ranging from the salads to the sandwiches. The place as a whole feels natural, adding a pleasant touch to the food being eaten.
