This place is struggling with many signature features not currently available - jukeboxes at the table unavailable, no noise cancellation, staffing issues, etc. But the current staff does everything they can to compensate. They are conversational and attentive, listening to their patrons and respectfully offering suggestions, doing their best to accommodate. If corporate doesnt fix this location s hardware soon, theyre going to wear out their own staff. That would not be good American business.

We waited for 10 minutes before anyone came to take our order and it wasnt crowded. The floor was filthy and the bathroom was dirtier than most gas station bathrooms that Ive been in. One of the burgers was so overdone that it couldnt be eaten. French fries were not good. I would never return.

The name sounds like an old fashioned Boner Pill, the place smells like my Aunt Kidneys anus, and when they used child servants to prepare my milkshake, not only did I get it after 20 minutes but I found a pubic hair in it anyways! 0 stars if possible.

Worst service. Waited forever to get anything. This place is poorly managed and just kids working here with minimal adult supervision. Wish I could give 0 stars. Avoid at all cost unless you have a lot of time on your hand.

The kitchen was dirty the server kept flirting and feeding one of the girls that works there feeding each other food didnt ask if we needed anything else I felt so uncomfortable my 6 year old didnt even eat his food

Food honestly was terrible. Decor ok. Hostess was gave a very fake greeting. Was a very bad experience. Wife got sick from BLT, chicken strips tasted fishy.
