Wow what a “Deal”! For only $8 I got to enjoy what very few people ever have the good fortune to try. For only $8 you too can try an alienating ala cart carne asada burrito. Some Positives: 1) Wrapping the burrito in a stale tortilla (the kind you can’t fold for fear of the tortilla breaking) forces you into not eating with your hands. 2) Stuffing it with tough meat makes it inedible with dentures. 3) Using such man meat with the given butter knife helps improve your bicep size. 4) Using such bland salsa will not add injury to insult later. 5) For less than two dollars an hour it forces you to hide from your coworkers as you emit an uncontrollable stench. Something so foul that it is sure to ruin the cloth seats on your drive home. 6) The stabbing pain as you try to control your new found flatulent ability is sure to work those abs … looks like beach body is coming early this year. 7) If you have a high tolerance to pain and you are tired of having casual work friends this is the place for you. 8) the server was quite nice!

Been here twice. The first time coming back from the Folsom Renaissance Faire (didnt know what to expect). The second time I made a special trip from Elk Grove to bring my parents to show them this restaurant. Both times the food was amazingly good; the service was good too. Personally I had the Enchiladas Suizas. Everything, even the hot plate, was perfect. My only complaint is the salsa isnt that great, but the main meal is the absolute best and thats why I go there.

I live very close and have given them 3 chances. Their Salsa is good, but the food is mediocre at best. Their service bad... no drink refills or salsa refills, even after asking for them! This last time I had a groupon, went and ate there and they gave me a hard time accepting the groupon offer! Gave them 3 chances, NEVER going back.

The photo and street view location for La Rosa Blanca on Google is incorrect. It is showing Sol Azteca, which is actually slightly down the road and across the street from La Rosa Blanca. Honest mistake or false advertising? Have not tried La Rosa Blanca, but Sol Azteca is pretty decent. Love their chicken chimichangas.

My first time at this restaurant. We went here because my wife had a coupon. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The food was well above average however Ive had better Mexican food at other local restaurants so I probably will not return to this restaurant unless invited here by other friends or family.

This was a Monday night. The hostess was rude and shorted me a flour tort. Two tortilla instead of three. Slow service. She had friends there and spent more time w them than the patrons Food was great. My suggestion make the other service person, a blond, manager.

Food was good and reasonably priced. Have been to places that had bigger portions but I was satisfied. Service was friendly but could have been more attentive. Never got the side of sour cream I asked for. All in all a decent place nothing to race about though.

Food is ok, service was slow. Not sure if its a staffing issue or the norm, but there was only one server over lunch, and it severely impacted service. There was a bone in my meal, which the menu mentioned, but Im not sure why they think this is acceptable.

Came here with a coupon to try it for the first time. The had no rice at 1 pm, so the only offered alternative for a side dish was more beans, ugh. Chips and salsa were OK. Nothing special. Wont be coming back.

Their vegetarian burrito is actually full of vegetables! You would be surprised at how rare this is. The wait staff were friendly, and the patio was relaxing, and the salsa was great.
