Truly disgusting. On first entering the disinterested wait staff seated us at a table near the entrance. I went to wash my hands in the restroom but was completely shocked when the door to the mens room was sticky. A thick smell of urine blasted me in the face and I gagged involuntarily. I rushed to the sink and turned on the water (knob, not auto) and the water sputtered and choked out of the grimy faucet -- I swear to god it looked like it was coming out in chunks. While I attempted to wash my hands I looked around and saw the bathroom completely covered in graffiti and writing. I wadded up a bunch of paper towels to turn off the sink and open the door to get out. I went to get some food and...it looked all right, if sparse. The white rice container was empty and full of dried, old rice. Okay...fine. I chose a few things and sat down. The food was terrible. Greasy, flavorless -- and some of it (peanut chicken?) was down right offensive. We should have left then, but I asked them if they could refill the white rice. They did eventually. While I waited I tried to drink some of the ice water to wash down the taste. The rice was, well, rice. So I ate some. Then I decided to grab some of the "sushi" which was the diameter of a nickel. It was beyond gross. While the rest of my family pushed at their plates clearly as put off as I was I sat there with an empty glass of water for ten minutes. Not a single refill by a waiter the entire time. None of us ate much. Probably a quarter of a plate of food each. Really, really gross. Avoid this place. Good god. Avoid it.

I had stopped going here many many years ago because the food was low quality and the building a bit gross but I thought it had been a long time and I would give it another chance. I would strongly advise against eating here. The food is low quality even for a buffet. I tried something called "Coconut Chicken" which was their cheaper lunch version of Coconut Shrimp and it was literally chewy greasy bits of chicken soaked/covered in mayonnaise. I have no idea what they were attempting but I guess the color of the dish was correct. Their building is also in desperate need of repair. Water drips on you from taxed vents and giant mold spots on the ceiling and it is evident the staff there couldnt care much less about any of it. I hate to waste food but ended up getting a few bites of various things to try and not being able to stomach much of it and throwing the other halves of the bites away. I was a bit surprised that with how little I ate I did get sick later that evening not from food poisoning but just from how low quality the food was. The plus sides I guess were that the dishes and tables did seem clean enough.

Giving four stars for the food and price and wish I could give 5 stars for having such caring customer service. My three year old daughter has made friends with one of the ladies and it is the sweetest thing. The lady doesnt speak much English but that doesnt stop them from playing and giving each other hugs and love. Makes me so happy. My daughter loves to go and although Im not a huge fan of most of their food, we do love their honey chicken, sesame chicken, Mongolian beef, cheese puffs, soups and their dessert bar is yummy. Love that they have soft serve ice cream, jello and more. We will definitely have to keep coming back now. ;)

What happened? China Buffet is not meant to be classy. Its cheap, its there, you eat it, you may feel a bit guilty for being such a glutton, you then move on with your life. The only expectation I maintain while going to China Buffet is to eat edible food that tastes alright at best, and at worst: meh. I doesnt even have to taste good. This last time I went... Id give only one star, but I still ate a ton of their green beans and thawed eclairs. Two stars due to the fact: its so cheap you still can get your money/hungers worth as long as the seriously messed up dishes are avoided.

This might be one of the worst Chinese restaurants Ive ever been to. The one redeeming factor was that it was all-you-can-eat and the mussels were pretty good. So if you want all-you-can-eat mussels and stringed beans (pretty good and crunchy), then go there. If you want anything else, dont waste the $11. The shrimp was actually mushy. Everything was pretty greasy. I was really excited about the coconut shrimp, but it was way too sweet and kind of goopy. Im not that picky, but this place was really not very good. The staff was friendly and helpful though.

A solid 3 stars. Thats not an indictment, this place totally hit the spot. This was exactly what I was looking for. The food is average, but theres lots of it (I know thats supposed to be said sarcastically, but its not written that way here). Those that like Chinese/American buffets know what I mean. Great value at $10.82 for dinner.

Remember its a buffet people your not going there because its gourmet but because you need a fix of all that stuff your ashamed of your self for shoving in your mouth afterward try getting out of any where for the price especially 28th the variety panda express would cost $100 for you gluttons

I have to admit that for being a buffet, the food here is so delicious, so taste. I noticed the cooks and the service are actually Asians, maybe thats why the fops is so good. Price is very fare.. they just need more varieties of food, other than that, nothing to add.

It was not $8 but should have been. As we were entering a customer leaving suggested we not go, we did anyway. the food was ok but we thought we were getting an $8 buffet, it was $8 quality but almost $11 with little vegetarian options.

Good food and service. Noodles are obviously fresh and well cooked and still hot. Constantly refreshing the food stock. Delicious deserts and a wide variety to pick from. Will come again

Its not what it should be but for the price its fair... you would think seafood would be in abundance since we are on the coast but thats not the case in this town.
