This place has completely gone downhill Ive been coming here for years and lately they always leave us waiting in the drive thru for ridiculous amounts of time, give us the wrong order or overcharge us for things. When I confronted the lady about overcharging me and giving me the wrong order she expected me to pay another 6$ for chicken tacos because she gave me beef ones. I feel if it was their mistake I shouldnt have to pay for them to fix it, especially when I called ahead and still ended up in the drive thru for almost an hour. Told her Im never going back to their restaurant, I dont intend on it after the horrible service I received because of her mistake.

Dinos has excellent food, and great prices ! However the last time I called in for a delivery order their credit card machine wasnt working. A problem ? I wouldnt think so since Ive been a customer for 30 years, and a credit card customer for over 10 years. {Im on disability, with no car.) I asked if they could take a check ? Absolutely not, never no way ! Okay about charging me next time I order. (oh, hell never order again, and Ill get away with $20.00 worth of food. No they did not tell me that, but what other reason could there be ? In addition, I always tip at least 20 %. I think they are ahead of the game.

The salads are always wet. When I mean wet, I mean WET. The pieces of lettuce arent even chopped, its as if they took the lettuce apart leaf by leaf, washed it, left it drenched in the plate, and served it just like that. The cheeseburgers are dry and sad. It is something you can cook at home if time allows. This is just a convenience to have around when youre busy and cant cook.

This is just another place to get simple food, not much of difference from piggies from jims burgers or fabulous burgers for that matter, order a simple plate was over salted cooks here need to improve that it isnt hard to season chicken breast or hash browns lol half of the women here look miserable, with no customer priority. TBH I would rather spend 15 dollars else where

Awful. Cashier was to busy talking to a coworker while taking my order. Had to repeat my order multiple times I ordered two steak dinner didnt even ask if I wanted it well done or medium rare . Asked for ranch received thousand islands instead . The steak was literally the size of two chicken strips . This is simple just horrible experience.

We always order Patty Melts, Pastrami, Onion Rings and Zuchinni - Carne Asada Burrito is good. Always liked the food - no problems. The gals who work the drive thru window are super nice/friendly. When we are craving a little fat...this is where we go. :-)

Been going here since 2004. This place has gone through some changes but overall, the food is still great. Can get crowded and sometimes theres a wait at the drive thru but that is normal to me since they make the food when you order it.

I purchased an avocado double bacon Cheeseburger, total came out to 9$ I was expecting a bigger burger for this value, not worth it. Customer service was awful, served with a side of attitude.

Its good fast food at a good price and with good portions. The service is good, they have everything and the fries are always hot. They even have limited delivery hours.
