Wonderful little cafe that is all about supporting the local neighborhood. Its places like this that really give a community its soul. Keep up the good job! The coffee, bagels, sandwiches, and pastries are great too. If you dont get there until the afternoon, you might find that your favorite bagel or bread is sold out. I havent made it to the relatively new happy hour yet, but I plan on checking it out soon.

Not only they have great food and no wait time, They provide exceptionally excellent customer service. Id forgotten my mac book charger. They priority mailed it to me, if couple of hours!! Of course, I paid for shipping, but I do not know if any other place will do that. It must have taken owner at least 30 minutes to drop it off at post office right away!

Neighborhood coffee shop where there isnt any other nearby, this is a great place to meet friends and get some work done. Full coffee offerings with their fancy Swiss-made coffee machine, they also make fresh, made to order sandwiches and bagels. Now also serving beer. So I guess I can stop by on the way home AND on the way to work!

Cute, small, tasty sandwich, wild children running about sometimes, but they are cute and not tooo distracting. Great happy hour too :) Plus yummy selection of beers. I get that someone will read all my reviews and be like, "Man that chick likes beer alot." YES I HAVE A BEER BABY. On to the next review -___- *grumble * *chug*

Very nice staff, kind and good with conversation if you want it. It feels grounded and very enjoyable. Small, local, organic. Disclaimer: I work for a company that did business with them in the past. They were more than pleasant to work with then as well.

My regular stop-off point for a mid-morning coffee and snack when I was in El Cerrito. Its friendly, and serves up great bagels and coffee (including organic). Has just three or four tables in the cosy room, and a couple of places outside on the street.

The coffee here is my favorite - I prefer it over Peets. The owners are easy going and friendly and theres a great neighborhood vibe. Sometimes the wait is a little long, but its worth it! They even will replace your coffee if you spill it.....
