Its a Starbucks, and in my mind, its hard to rate ANY Starbucks anything other than 3 stars as they are almost all too similar to stand out. What earns the 4th star for THIS Starbucks is that it really is the neighborhood gathering place that most Starbucks strive (and fail) to be. Plenty of sidewalk tables. Easy to get involved in conversations with the locals. And NO drive thru!

This is such a nice location across from the library and on a beautiful clean street. I really like this location the most of all Starbucks in this city of Richmond. Its a romantic setting with great curbside tables and chairs so you can enjoy your favorite Starbucks drink while you watch the people come and go. The staff here are super friendly and efficient.

Its what you expect from a starbucks (decent quality, high-ish prices), plus some modern "bonus" features like inductive charging pads in many surfaces (external charging adaptors also provided for those who dont have inductive charging built into their phones).

Very rude baristas. They over charged me on something I regularly buy so I asked for a refund. As I walked away I can hear her talking about me to her coworkers. Very unprofessional staff.
