Rude staff. Every DAMN time, they ruin my order. Ive asked for extra pickle, Ill only find like 4 slices. Ive asked for no onion, I find tons of onion. This has happened to my family members as well. Telling management doesnt do ANYTHING. Seems like a huge joke here, feels like some high schoolers messing around with my orders and food. I even tried to make it simple by only asking for no onion, nothing else, and theyd still add onion. LOTS OF IT. And trust me when I say, its every damn time I go here. And if I try to have it fixed? They huff and puff and take the burger, walk back, give it back... And guess what? STILL onion!!! One time I asked for no onion, extra pickle. They gave me NO pickle and onion on it. So I went back through. The lady rolled her eyes and walked away, then gave it back to me... Yeah, still no pickle, and STILL onion. Like wtf? How the hell can it be that over 5+ years of going here, the SAME thing happens over and over again?!!!! One night they will say that they do have the late night special for $5 (has a cheeseburger, fries, and a drink)... Then the next night theyll say they dont. Personally, I feel as if I get someone who remembers me, and then get told they dont have it in hopes I wont order anything. Sometimes Ill order and everything will be made perfect, then the next night I get screwed around with. It got to a point where I had to order the burger with no onion (although still got onion) and then ask for pickles on the side. That worked for awhile, but then even got told that they dont give out pickles!!! Wtf?! I will NEVER come back here EVER again. And its sad because, Ive given this place SO many chances. Im talking, the majority of my life, Ive stopped in here once in awhile in hopes that maybe management changed, maybe the staff changed for the better... But every time? Its the same story. And this is over the course of a good 5+ years. So, you lost a customer that would of kept going literally every night, simply because, your food was good, but the stupid and lazy employees has always kept me away.

Id always heard customer service at Farmer Boys on Limonite was horrid and today i confirmed those rumors. First of all it was their 50th or 30th anniversary so onion rings were going to be 30cents ALL DAY LONG, well when i ordered the girl, with the rudest attitude, said they had ran out but if i wanted to order a "regular order" for the regular price then onion rings would magically appear to be available again. ??? -And yes the mangr confirmed this phenomenom. Then my dad ordered a chicken wrap which had basically had no chicken. I know the restaurant is in the middle of cow town mira loma but there were more flies inside than if we sat out on the patio. Overall just bad customer service.

Well, the staff are fine. This place was pretty good in the early 2000s, but the food has gotten much more expensive since then. The portions have dropped too. Take that silly little hamburger patty they serve now. Its turned into a mickey ds soybean disc. Very dry, and getting smaller each year. The last time I ate there, which WAS the last time I will eat there, I had a chicken breast sandwich. Chicken was like rubber, not cooked enough or just poor quality chicken. Very poor quality as far as flavor or fulfillment. They used to have generous coupons on the back of the receipts, NO more. Corporate really screwed this pooch into the dirt.

I came to try the new jalepeno burger combo they had. Fast food joints are notorious for false advertisements. However, I have never been so dissappointed with one until last night. I ordered what was suppose to be a jalepeno burger instead received what looked like a peice of cardboard cut out wrapped around a burnt patty with hardly any dressing. I also got an order of chili cheese fries only to yet be dissapointed by what looked like fries that have been sitting around the heater all day and dont get me started on their over priced cafeteria food. Never again. I will never visit this place again.

Ordered 3 eggs poached they served me 3 eggs fried. Would not have the end of the world but they were burnt on the edges and backside. Server saw me inspecting the backs and asked if they were ok. I then said I ordered poached and these were burnt. He insisted he take them back to have new eggs cooked. On return they were still burnt but not as badly and still not poached and the whites runny. I eat breakfast out often but have only found poached eggs cooked that are not burned. I was told you will not poach eggs but only basted, so I will have to find another restaurant.

FarmersBoy is excellent and they serve a pretty good burger here (not my favorite at this location, the burger taste different.) Customer Service is great too. The only thing Id say is many of the employees are distracted and talk too much to each other about non-related work... this ultimately makes the customers feel disrespected and uncomfortable. Ive seen ignorance and distractions in action every time I come here. It needs work, its hard to say how when most of the employees are high schoolers on the weekend.

What I wanted - Big salad with lots of toppings, drive through, late night. Where to go? My friend recommended Farmer Boys. Just what I was looking for! Farmers Chopped Cobb salad is fresh and delicious. They have 4 other salads, too. BBQ Ranch, Harvest and Buffalo Chicken They also have a great selection of burgers, fries and shakes - I will try those next time. This location is open til 1:00am The drive through takes a minute but remember they are making your food fresh to your order.

Definitely decent food, but the customer service is honestly quite poor each time. Anyone saying that its great was most likely just in and out the drive through which is fine. But ask the staff a question and they make little effort to accommodate you. You have to get all the items on the meal, no substitutes and if you dont eat a ton of carbs or bread you must pay full price anyway , dont want potatoes? Youre paying for them anyway, and no effort was put into a solution.

Yes I love farmers boys but last night around 8pm October 23 2016 I went in with my little sister and my daughter we order I paid with a $100 bill I trusted the cashier nd when I got home I noticed they gave me a fake $20 bill yes Im mad and I will go tonight and try to get my money back because thats like stealing from my daughter and I .. i work to hard for my money so that could happend to me and my daughter so I would ask to please give me my money back

My family and I ordered breakfast and all our orange slices came to us and looked like someone had sucked on them. Ordered my bread with light butter, my toast had so much butter soaked that it was dripping everywhere. Goes back and ask for toast with light butter again then they bring me toast with no butter. Why is it so hard to get a order correct? Not the first issue Ive had at this location. Terrible customer service I will not be returning.
