If I could give 0 stars I would. Cliche but true. The place is so dirty and the food tasted bland. There was no flavor. You could tell this was a franchise and they were compromising the ingredients. I found wrinkly lettuce in my burger and A GREEN FRY. I notified the waitress but she couldnt do anything because the manager was not there. I asked her where they were since I knew when I used to work in food, a manager ALWAYS had to be present. I could tell she was trying but I knew she couldnt do much without getting in trouble. The service from the waitress was good but the cook took too long. I saw her running around the kitchen multiple times like she was looking for ingredients. I thought they were supposed to be a fast food restaurant. 20 minutes for a burger and fries? The waitress kept offering me refills to "keep me busy". I knew she was trying. I think she said she was 16 so I dont blame her. I was overall disgusted and will never go back to THIS place again. The one in Bella Terra and Outlets of Orange are amazing! I would make the trip there rather than staying close.

Ive eaten at many Johnny Rockets - (even though they are a little pricey for what you get) Generally I am over all pleased with Johnny Rockets food and company as a whole. But the one recently expanded on Pine in Long Beach has let me down the last four times I visited them. On my last visit (and it may be my final visit to this location) I ordered chicken strips with a side of ranch. When receiving the meal, I noticed that they failed to bring the dipping sauce, (no problem) I pointed it out and asked if I could have a side of ranch. Well, the waitress never returned to my table with the ranch, never offered any refills with the soda, the french fries and the chicken was over cooked - really dry. Over all I would of had a better meal at the local Jack in the Box for half the price.

I have been to three different Johnnys Rockets and service, location,and food were amazing. Here UGH UGH UGH HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE SERVICE. Very tight space. It was not even busy and they took FOREVER to get our orders out. They also dont offer everything on the menu. Our waitress forgot to write down everyones drink. She only checked on us once. Didnt offer refills. Just plain horrible. This location is not good to go to. It is crazy but because of this service I am taking a break from them. I was very disappointed. Our waistress also seemed not to know the mennu very well she did not know how to answer our ?s. Just UGH

The decor sends you back in time to went diners were king. The addition of flat screens is great & makes for good conversation when the games are on. The food however, lacks flavor. The food is eatble but you need lots of extras to bring out the taste, but dont add salt, thats overkill. The BLT however, was great as it. I have returned when I want a classic burger, but not my first place to go. Scale of 1 to 10, I give it a 7.5

There was only two waitresses the young one was doing all the work so we waited a while just to get our drinks . The food was horrible the guacamole was grey in my chicken sandwich and the onion rings were burned. This place was amazing back then I think they just need new owners with new cooks and waiters .

The shrooms were over cooked and they were not whole mushrooms. The onion rings were undercooked. Last but not least the tots did not taste fresh, but they tasted frozen. The only great thing about this place was the shake and the waiter.

This is a great family diner and for anyone really its been updated with more open space however the vintage look is gone..Looks more modern but food is bomb!!! Love it friendly staff too!!

Drove 45 minutes here from Santa Ana just to see a sign on the window that says closed for renovations, you could have at least put youre closed so people dont waste their time driving here
