That prized hole in the wall, diamond in the rough of restaurants all foodies seek out. India Fresh is half Indian cafeteria (think service akin to High School/College dining halls) and half Indian market. I think its a good sign most of the ingredients in the food is sourced form what they sell in the market; those up for the challenge can replicate the meal at home. I came for the Tandoor special, which was vegetarian (upgrade to meat special for an additional $2 or so). You basically choose two of the items on display, and they throw in some rice, naan (choice of regular or garlic for no addtl cost), pickled vegetables (which were super bitter), and this awesome tart yogurt. I chose a tikka masala type, and a yellow curry one. The goat cheese cubes in the masala was a great combo. Enough naan was provided to soak up both. For less than $7, I was full. As you can tell by my adjectives, many of the food items were shocks to the senses. Tart, bitter, sweet, creamy - they all hit home here. Thats probably the best thing about this restaurant; you get a satisfying meal that rocks your palate without rocking your wallet. Dont let the rather unkempt decor and lack of ambiance put you off (random wires sprouting from walls? sacks of rice/dried foods laying around?). This place is highly recommended.

I went there today and I enjoyed the food. I did not know it had a small market too.The eating area is small. Luckily, we arrived around noon and only one couple was there. This is not a fancy place, but nice for a quick bite for lunch. I had the combination plate with Basmati rice, jack fruit dish and Chicken curry. The amounts provided were perfect since I did not want to over eat. I got the garlic naan, but since they make it fresh it came out when I was almost done eating. No worries for me, I will eat it for dinner. I also purchase the Gulab Jamun which they make fresh. Yum Yum One of my co-workers doen not each much spices so she did not quite like the food. I love Indian food and for me this place was great. Ive never had jack fruit so this dish was different but very tasty. Give it a try! Ill be back.

This place is a grocery store and doubles up as a restaurant serving top quality food. The grocery selection is fair, but the food delicious and the price is affordable. A typical hole in the wall place you would go to, if you want just tasty food and do not need all the fancy wine and dine experience. The customer service is average, but its not a deal breaker to us; it may be for some. Point to note: They do close the kitchen as early as 8.30 PM every day (sometimes earlier), so make sure that you call ahead if you are going there after 8.15 PM.

Went yesterday to buy indian Grocery, but the employees working their have no customer services . They were busy talking on cell phone, and When i was paying the money they overcharged me and when i shows the price written on the products, they say that they will charge what ever they want and i should pay when ever they want. or is hold leave the store , when i ask them the number of owner they say they dont have and just get out of the store. I would never ever go to store again who doesnt have customer services

This place was okay. Had the two item meat combo. The thing that definitely stood out was the freshly made garlic naan. The lamb and chicken curry were tasty. The basmanti rice I had was very bland and hard to eat... And rice us everything to me. Prolly would not stop by again. The restaurant /market is located in a strip mall and houses both a restaurant (about 5 to 6 tables) and shelves stocked with Indian goods.

What a gem we found! We stopped by here looking for some Indian food for dinner. The staff/owners are super friendly, the food was delicious, and the prices were very reasonable. The other customers were also very nice. We ended up buying some things from the supermarket as well. Would definitely go back again!

A good place to pick up indian spices and some specialty foods. The actual food here to eat is just decent, they make it Im the kitchen in the back but it doesnt seem the freshest because turnover is low in this location. The food itself is tasty tho. Great casual indian spot for the area though.

Flavors were good for sure. Got the combo that they have sitting out in trays. I was NOT expecting the curry chicken to have bones. And BIG ones. Like there was more bone than chicken. That was unappetizing. The garlic naan was great and the sauces were great too though.

Super friendly workers. This was my First time at an Indian food place. I got a free sample plate and loved the taste. I had to get a combo plate. They also have a Indian market inside. My goal is now to purchase from here and make my own Indian cuisine at home ☺☺☺
