I always come to this place and way back had trouble on getting my food right and always missing stuff. It was okay until lately the past few days customer service is been bad. Today I stop at the drive thru.. And I had to repeat my order cause the person couldnt get it it the first time so I spoked louder thinking he couldnt hear me and instead of he was rude and shoud to not scream at him. When I got a the window a lady approach and was worse than rude defending the other guy. I ask for my money back and went somewhere else. I believe that there is a better way to speak to your customers.perhaps say..sorry didnt hear your order can you repeat it one more time. Etc.. I worked at a fast food restaurant before and always treat my customer politely regardless who or how they treat me.

They were disrespectful right off the bat. I caught them tampering with my food n ill tell you why. Just because my way of living. N they dont agree with it they thought they could get away with putting something in my burger . so i waited til they were handing me the meal i cancelled n demanded my money back. The worst part was theres always manager on sight which he allowed this kind of behavior n let it go on to that level of inmaturity. I tried going online to complain but it wasnt let me finalize n send so i gave up. Next time ill kick ass n take names

I took my four year old DAUGHTER for lunch, and of course she had to go potty. What a pleasant surprise!!!! The mens BATHROOM was very very clean. What a nice change from most fast food restaurants!!!! Kodos for this jack in the box :-) Ava is the manager and Catherine the floor person politely asked if she could pick up my tray, she is a 20 year veteran of this store, and is looking for a transfer to shorten her 30 minuite commute. Best of luck! Great Job!

Is pretty gud. The only complaint is that twice now the drive thru attendant miss heard me and gave me a jumbo jack instead of a double jack. Its my fault for not looking at the screen, or maybe its the name. They shoulda called it the double wubble so it wasnt so similar to the jumbo jack. Oh well. I ate it anyway

This Jack in the Box is actually pretty good. Every time I have gone, the food is always hot and the chicken is crispy. The churros are not too bad and the burgers are actually not that bad either. Not as good as in and out but worthy of 4 stars when it comes to fast food.

The service is kinda 50/50. The cashier service is quick to take customer orders but the service to deliver customer order is kind of slow. Also the place isnt very clean and the food is very greasy. I got two breakfast jacks and the buns had lots grease on them.

I used drive thru. Service was fast, voice at the speaker was clear, they offered me ketchup and sauce at the window and usually Jacks dont do that unless you ask
