This is a nice Pannera which is fairly busy most all the time. The staff is fairly friendly and the service is quick. There is tons of parking really close. They are usually on top of things but sometimes stuff may slip through the cracks. I have had a few issues here while going with friends/family. The main one I had was when someone I knew made a request to get a certain type of cheese on their salad. At all locations normally this goes perfectly fine and we get the order exactly how we order it. They are severely allergic to the one put on the salad normally (anaphylactic reaction bad). The workers at Pannera made the claim the cheese is the exact same but when you get down to it, it is not. The one normally on the salad has a chance of having a filler which Pannera has no control over and the person I know is allergic to. The other one (Grated Asiago) comes from a block of cheese and is therefore "pure cheese". In the end the problem was solved by them offering a refund, we originally asked for the salad to be remade but the worker serving the food did not want to.

We tend to go at night and we dont go very often because Ive noticed the night crew hates being there which is totally understandable, no one wants to work late in the night but its also a cause for concern because those type of people dont really care about the consequences of their actions. Like chewing off their fingernail and putting it in our salad. Im generally proper when talking to people, so, Im not sure what triggered their action. But I wont be eating at this particular Panera anymore. If youd like the picture of the fingernail or even the nail itself, I have it in a sandwich bag for you guys. Disgusting. Update: I went in yesterday and the whole time the manager was making excuses instead of just apologizing. And instead of refunding the whole reciept, she only refunded my salads which Ill let you know I never finished my meal and drink because the fingernail made me lose my appetite. And sure I was only want my refund but she didnt go above and beyond like the reciept says up top...terrible customer service.

Sitting here right now, been waiting over half an hour for our food, something smells like its burning, the people beside us just got their food and are asking for their money back because there is barely anything on their plates. I understand a busy Friday night but this Panera needs to get it together. If you have to turn people away, do so. But dont give them a pager that has to be connected to a table, expect every customer to be at a table in a packed house, and then get your food and theirs nothing on your plate after waiting half an hour!!!

I enjoy the atmosphere, so I have nothing bad to really say. Theres free WiFi and a variety of options to choose from to eat: sandwiches, salads, soups. Dont get the pastries: theyre hard, fake(in flavour, quality etc), left out in the open and taste odd. I used to eat here quite a bit, but not anymore. Please allow more GMO free AND gluten free sandwiches. Until then, I wont be eating here. Theres a man that works in the back for take out(he has mocha skin; perhaps black) hes a nice employee and very friendly.

The staff was very friendly and customer service oriented. The food was pretty good, but my sandwich would have been more enjoyed if they had taken the time to grill it instead of just warm it. It wasnt exactly "mouth watering". Considering, the restaurant is still a nice place to go for a bite to eat, especially if you have children, they are always welcome there. Overall, Panera Bread has a nice selection of sandwiches, soup, salads, and pastries to choose from.

One of my favorite places to eat on the few occations I eat out. Love the Asiago Roast Beef sandwich with extra horseradish sauce. YUM!! And of douse I have to get a cookie. I have a small service dog, and it has never been an issue as with some other places, I never feel rushed in and out, I can sit, relax and enjoy my food. Clean place with fresh food and friendly staff at good prices. It has it all and then some.

Broke even. Food is good but kind of pricey. Employees are knowledgable about their menu items but when I asked about the three things they dedicated themselves to up on the wall, they didnt really know what I was talking about - but they did go find out and get back to me with an answer. Ladies bathroom was a hot mess - paper on the floor, seat protector container falling off the wall, and no toilet paper.

Im a fan of Panera Bread overall. If youre not familiar with the chain, its basically a soup/salad/sandwich cafe. My one complaint about this particular location is that its almost always busy. I like being able to take my time and enjoy the atmosphere and free wifi of the cafe, so when its really crowded I feel guilty if I stay too long. The one in Riverside isnt usually as crowded.

If I could give minus stars I would, I ordered online and set up my time for pick at 10am, arrived at 10:15am and it wasnt even ready still had to wait another 5 mins. I then get back to work and the coffee cake was nasty and had a funny taste to it I dont know whats going on with this place. But I will thing twice before ordering my lunch from here again.

I am a full time RVr spending the winters in the sun belt and the summers in the Chicago area. I always look for a Panera Bakery. The food is delicious and because it is a quality controlled chain, there is consistency no matter what part of the country Im in. An important health note: all of their foods are free of the very unhealthy transfats.

The morning staff are the best. They treat my family great. Freindly. Also very clean store and the food cooked to perfection and taste great. Price decent compared to other places. follow up. Changed from 5 stars to 3. Staff changes. Overcharged, orders not correct.. Disappointing.

If you want a good sandwich and a cup of soup this place is a good option. The Frontega Chicken Panini has good flavor. The line can be long to order during peak times of the day. They have ordering kiosks available too to help speed up the process. Pastries are good here as well.

I brought the frosty ice lemonade it had a spoil taste to it I returned it back asked for the manager. it seems they didnt believe me. one of the cashiers made the same drink and said it was fine for him they offer other drinks of a different kind I decline and requested a refund.

The quality is consistently good, excellent service. This great burger does not taste like others. I am certain you know what I mean. There is always line in drive through, for me that tells me a lot. Look around the town and you can understand their food is top notch in my opinion.

Its always here, flavors are consistent so you never have to guess if its gonna be good or not, customer service is always great! People with big smiles and really nice.Prices are high but theyre like that at every Panera. Other than that this one is the best one!
