I ordered a cake 1 month in advance. With precise description of what I needed and also provided a picture. The day I picked up, I received nothing close to what we had discussed, the colors were wrong, the flowers, were wrong, and the pipping I wanted was a sticker. Her excuse was she didnt write down the occasion I needed the cake for! She did write downthat it should look like the cake in the picture. I payed in advance and when I called her what we can do to fix this, she said to bring it back so she can take it apart and redo. I was 1hour away at the party venue and I could in no way go back. I had to buy natural flowers to fix it. Thankfully my guests never noticed that I had taken the cake apart and fixed it. She never called back to apologize or offer a partial refund or anything. I thought maybe she would call the next day or maybe Monday morning. I hate giving bad reviews but if I could upload a picture, I would. They sell day old bread and dont like to apologize!!!!
