Would love to say I love it but unfortunately I dont. The atmosphere is nice, the view of the lake is beautiful and I love sitting by the lake to eat outside but the food is just , ok. Nothing special. I had the fish and chips ( just okay) but they had no chips aka fries because they ran out from the weekend ? Yea... So I ordered onion rings only to find out later they had sweet potato fries. Miscommunication I guess. My husband had the cheese steak sandwich he enjoyed it. The service was a little slow and scattered ( theyve been here for awhile now so I assumed this would have changed) forgot to mention Ive eaten here one others time last year and I felt the same way about the food. The servers are extremely polite and helpful, just very busy and they could probably use a couple more servers and a busser. Its more of a bar scene/drink and eat type of place. I hope to see them stay , they fixed it up really nice out side. But they really need to work on their food, menu and service, add fresher food , better cooked and more organization and they will thrive. Thank you to the girls who were serving, very polite. The worst customer service I have ever experienced the owner needs to clean house on manager and servers Waited over an hour for food then the server left it at the wrong table never checked to see if we needed more drinks would have to ask another waitrss for drinks then when that waitress did not deliver needed to ask another the manager had no clue. I know if I owned this business I would take an active role until I could find a manager that knee how to manage. Good location good food good atmosphere but service is awful. The service people make or break u and this service will break u. I know I will never come back and spend my money there and I will make sure I tell everyone I know how rotten the service is I would rather be treated with respect then be ignored. The absolutely worst customer service

I thought this was going to be "my spot" in Clearlake, but I have been disappointed in slow service, and the food has declined in my opinion. I had to give up, sorry. There is not a lot to chose from in this town so I was sorry to have to stop going, I do not mind paying for food that is served hot in a reasonable amount of time, and the first few times it was great. The last few just did me in. Maybe they were having off days, but when you take an hour to get a burger and a sandwich, and both are cold, (we were walking out shen they said, oh your food is ready" Five minutes later we got cold food. Then they only comped one of the meals, too bad, cuz if they had comped the whole thing I would give another chance. I am just over it at this point.

The spot is like a small Country Town Diner pretty much everybody knows everybody they got excellent food reasonably priced its its right off the lake and it has an excellent view of the lake not a people like that because the live band on weekends which is nice the music brings a lot of Hearts to the spot I know people who work there and they do a wonderful job I highly recommend the spot to anybody who wants a relaxing meal at the table viewing the beautiful Lake that we

The manager came to our table and chatted a bit. The restaurant was not busy, but he said he would bring our drinks back. He never came back. We waited at our table for over 20 minutes before a waiter came as asked if we were being served. We said no, he went to get water for us even though we were not in his section. Meanwhile there were three waitress walking around doing nothing. This used to be a great place to go, food was good, prices fair. Not now!

Head headed home from a three-day rave in the mountains. Wanted a quiet place to sit and look at the lake, have a beer, and some nice food. The hostess status where we wanted to see. The service was amazing period the waiter opened the door for us on our way out. My hamburger was great on a grilled bun. And girlfriends chicken salad was amazing. Great food, great atmosphere, great service, and left there for under forty bucks two Bloody Marys and two lunches.

The only good thing about this place is its great view. Other than that, its got the most prosaic diner food imaginable at an inflated price. One waitress was good, the other was standoffish to suck a degree that she was actually standing 6 or 7 feet from our table every time she talked to us. Caveat: this is a very small town, so you might not do much better; I dont know, having only eaten here.

Amazing food and atmosphere! Food is really good. The only down fall here is the prices. I gave 5 stars even though prices are high because its kind of worth it. Specially in clearlake were there are only a couple good places to eat. This place is amazing though. Beautiful setting with the lake and mountains. You can dock your boat here and eat. Its great! Almost always great service.

The view is 5 star awesome, but the food is not so great. We received one of our orders after everyone finished their food. There were only four people in our party. If you want food that tastes like it came from Costco, then you might like it.

Very slow in the kitchen ordered a simple omelet were only people inside & we been here for 25 mins oh finally its here & my hash browns are cold about a month ago came by to give them another try. So glad I did it came out

Great customer service, friendly people, and wonderful food :) I absolutely LOVE the new choices on the menu. I would definetly recommend them for anyone who likes a good choice of burgers and the salads are fantastic.

Been here twice. The bigers are good, the wings are average and I suggeat you take a pass on the fish and chips. Service was better the scond time around. Still only a B+. Love the outdoor patio and the live music.

Ordered the chicken fried steak and it came with brown gravy. Never had it with brown gravy and for good reason, it wasnt good. Onion rings were so greasy I couldnt eat them. Service was slow getting our food out.

Both breakfast and dinner meals were great. Huavos rancheros were spot on and fish and chips were firm, fresh and crispy. The dinner waitress seemed confused and blamed the mixup of our dinner salads on the cook.
