Let me start off by saying if I could give this place negative stars I would. Food is subpar at best I mean if you look at the clientele its families with small children and Seniors. Customer Service by the Management is horrible if you have an issue they could careless, they could really careless when THEY OVERCHARGE you. My family and I went out to celebrate my nieces birthday 3 adults and 2 small children. We were seated promptly at a booth set for 4 we asked for an additional place setting and didnt receive it until the entree was served after several requests had been made. Once seated it took several minutes to have our order taken where we ordered two kids meals, three adult entrees and Water with no ice and a Kentucky Mule. Soups and Salads came out and still no drinks or place settings about 15 mins pass and the entrees arrive still no place setting, No Water no ice and No Kentucky Mule. It wasnt until we asked that we finally received our Drinks and place setting. Our waiter was nice but extremely forgetful it wasnt even busy. They brought out ice cream and sang it was nice. Then the check came I paid for the Kentucky Mule on a separate check and My sister paid for the food, our total was $ 53.92 and we left a $9.00 Cash tip. We left and were headed to costco to get some gas when my sister noticed a charge of $64.70 deduced from her account. We promptly called the manager and sat on hold for 10 mins no manager came to the phone. We turned around and drove back to the restaurant and asked to speak with the manager which took an additional 10 mins.When the Manager "Chris Barboza" came out we explained and showed him the original ticket and the bank statement and how the totals were radically different.He said he would look into it and reverse the wrong charge as the waiter may have selected the wrong table. We waited some more he comes back and says no one in the restaurant has had that total all day so your bank must have charged you a fee or you changed it . I dont know about your bank but my bank doesnt randomly charge ($12.08). He refused to refund our money and said that we would have to call and talk to the general manager Hal Ley so they can adjust the amount. Chris kept the original guest copy receipt we provide and gave us a reprinted not the Original plus he was condescending and has no customer service skills. An apology and a refund is what we should have received not 45 mins of my time wasted to be told we are liars and have to spend more money on crappy food and service. So if you want to be ripped off and treated like a liar come here.

For many years, I have been curious to discover this place, and I finally did it! My first impression was "woah!" It is nothing what I had expected (in a good way). The venue itself is very beautiful. There are a lot of photos and decorations hung all around the venue. This place was actually a school before; it was formerly known as "Duarte School," which was built in 1909. At one point, the school was transformed into this restaurant. This place has been reported to be haunted. Despite previous issues with service that I have heard, our waiter was actually very nice and attentive to our table. He successfully took our order and all of our dishes came out nice and hot without having to wait such a long time. The food was actually pretty good! Me and family ordered the "Shrimp Spinach Artichoke Dip" and the "Cheesy Garlic Bread," which were both really good! The pastas are actually very good and the portions are not too big. Me and my sister shared a pasta. Overall, loved it! I would definitely come again!

Walking in i was greeted and immediately seated in a booth next to a window. The booth seating seemed high off the ground which made the table low. Im 58 and was humped over my entire meal. Food Service: people enjoy sitting, ordering drinks and looking over the menu fire a few minutes. Not being asked if your ready to order 5 minutes in the seat. Server was polite. Young man so i can bet hes a driven young man trying his best. Overall a pleasant person Food: ordered the meat lovers $15. Portion was good, got 3 medium sized meatballs. Very moist. 1 large Italian sausage, again moist and a hint of spice, very delicious. The spaghetti was cooked just past aldente. Most people like it this way. The sauce definitely is homemade. A bit on the light side but again, homemade. I reserve 5 stars for fine dining. So a 4 star is the max on this particular visit.

I just came back from eating at this place, it was to celebrate my sons first grade graduation. The waitress was terrible and so was the hostess. The hostess was girl with loads of makeup on, I think she thought she was working for MAC or somthing it was pretty drastic. When I couldnt find the waitress the same hostess was near my table and I asked her for a cup of water and more bread she said "oh it aint my job ask your server: with a sneer. I complained to the manager and but she was just as useless and just said "sorry about that" and walked away. Never got the water or the bread. The waitress also gave me an attitude as soon as she heard the word sharing, If you order a hardy meal its enough portion wise to share with one adult and a child. It was as if I had a disease just because we were sharing ...well you guessed it no tip fo her :)

I called to place a take out order and the person who took my order was so nice and helpful. They told me that my order would be ready in 20min, Well I got there 30min giving them a little more time. I asked the bartender about my order and she said Ill go check, well she end up doing so many other things and ignored me. I was standing there waiting and waiting for her to go check and by the time she went, She comes back and says its still not ready. By that time I have giving them 45min already.... So unprofessional, So slow, I wasnt going to wait another minute to end up waiting almost 1hr.. NO NO.... So disappointed, you need better services and dont put take out orders to be picked up at the BAR !!!!!! And make sure when someone places a take out order its ready one time !!!!!!!!

My husband and I had dinner at the Old Spaghetti Factory in late July, 2017. Although the food and service were OK, management LIED to us. By accident, we left a vest on the chair next to me when we left. We discovered that hours away from the restaurant. We called the restaurant and explained what had happened. The hostess checked with the management and told us the vest was still there. Management then said they would mail it to us. Two weeks later, no vest. We called again. The manager said it had been mailed two days earlier and we should get it any time. WE NEVER GOT THE VEST. We understand that it is an imposition to mail an item a customer has left. OUR ISSUE IS BEING LIED TO. JUST TELL US THE TRUTH. We could accept that. But to lie TWICE to us is an affront.
