Ordered a pizza and it never arrived. Called an hour and twenty minutes after ordering to find out the problem and I was assured my pizza was on its way. 30 minutes after that still no pizza. Called back and another associate informed me my order was cancelled because I put down my street address and the number without putting the word apt. Asked to speak to the manager and the associate laughed at me then passed me over to his manager greg who was not sympathetic at all and wasnt really trying to offer any solutions on fixing the issue. Will never order from pizza Hut again. Now I get to go to sleep hungry. Good job guys.

Omg Ive ordered from them before and time was a problem. But let me tell you I had a patient, attentive lady take my order over the phone. Im very picky but she helped me make a decision on what was good, and affordable. The whole order was the freshes Ive ever got from any pizza place. Everything was so hot it burned my mouth now thats fresh. Wings were delicious too. The driver was nice and about his business he was in and out but friendly. I think the women that took my order was named Heidi. And I received my pizza 20 mins sooner then quoted.

No ones perfect all the time- and weve had a couple mishaps. 90% of the time the pizza is made well and arrives on time or sooner than expected, and when mistakes are made they are quick to remedy whether its offering a credit towards free pizza or having another one delivered. Everyone who Ive spoken to on the phone has been crazy helpful and understanding, and all of the delivery drivers are very friendly.

This pizza hut is always busy yet the employees are extremely helpful and order is always right once it was a few minutes late but the pizza was hot and delicious I even got a credit for another pizza because it took a little extra time

They changed there "thin crust" and they didnt even advertise this! Its not thin crust but now just like pan crust which i hate. Life long customer they just lost! Change it back and ill start buying pizza again.

Their pizza is just so-so. Honestly its gotten to the point where I like the bread sticks and wings WAY better than the pizza now. Pizza is really salty and the thin crust is like eating cardboard.
