From the friendly greeting when I walked in the door and the back of house staff cleaning things like the president was due to arrive. Restaurant is state-of-the-art; from the clean comfortable booths to the HUGE flat screen HDTV.... the self serve soda station with touch screen user interface and the single capacity Large SPOTLESS restrooms which smelled like cleanser- Nothing Else! The place was closing soon when i got there but i never felt rushed, even in the last 5 minutes as i took my sweet ass time finishing my (to-go) meal! The pizza.... excellent! I have been to other stores under the pizza my heart brand. The original is in Capitola by the Sea, on the water(right nest to the Fog Bank -a bar I used to frequent on Sunday nites for a top notch blues jam. )The pie at this (Burlingame) location is considerably better than the original. Maybe its because the employees at the Capitola store are looking at the waves, longing to be paddling out to the sweetest spot, even if just to sit and wait for one that never crests. Theyd rather die than punch a clock, but, ya gotta eat right? And, i wouldnt wanna try white gloving that little slice joint hole in the wall. The mere thought is terrifying. But the way i saw these guys in Burlingame cleaning EVERYTHING so thoroughly .... EVERYTHING! Shoot, Id practically eat off the floor after they were done! On a scale of 1-10, i give em a 10+. Good job guys (and gals). If i were to have any complaint, it wouldnt be that they wouldnt make me ideal on some of the remaining slices since it was the end of the day(hey, I had to try), that would be selfish. It would have to be that the whole place was So frickin COLD! You could hang meat in the joint! The restroom would have kept ice cream from melting! But, thats the worst i can say about my experience there.

Confession: My wife and I love this place so much, at one point of time we were having PMH once or twice each week. The pizza is a bit on the expensive side for a fast food franchise but it is totally worth it. We have never sat down in the restaurant but it is pretty well decorated with surf boards, big TVs etc. 95% of the times we only order half Manresa and half Natural Bridges. We have also tried bread stix and Little Sur but you really have to be a huge fan of Garlic since Little Sur is covered with it. You can also get salad and pizza by the slice at this place. Their kitchen is open so you can see what goes in making a perfect crust of pie. Tip: If you are ordering a full pie, it can take from 15 minutes to about 45-50 minutes depending on what time of the day it is.

This place has a very young audience. Mostly elementary to middle school kids with their parents. Its a hangout spot for a lot of kids, and is a sort of neighborhood pizza joint for Burlingame. They eat pizzas here then go across the street to get some yogurt at Yogurtland. The pizzas are good, I personally like their crust a lot. The folks behind the counter are mostly high school students who are friendly and efficient.

Pizza is very good, although its kinda on the pricey side. Staff is usually teenagers from local high schools and are usually nice, but Ive meet a few that were kinda rude. Overall pizza is really good and they also serve good salads. One little thing that I liked was that they serve single slices of pizza on frisbees and you can buy the frisbee for around 50 cents which I thought was really cool.

I was in the shop and got a salad and pizza and I was charged extra, my buddy and I got the same thing and he was charged $8 and I was $12 for the same thing they didnt even try to fix it after I asked why the difference in price. For the price it wasnt that great and felt like I was taken advantage of.

Great pizza and staff! The Pesto and Manresa pizza are my faves, and make sure to get a frequent punch card because you can rack up free sodas, pizza, and salads every 3 slices you buy. The parking here can be really dicey though and weekends/lunchtime gets really busy.

Prices are pretty steep, but the options are neat and delicious. I think I had the Figgy Piggy with feta figs and bacon or something and it was amazing. Worth the money for sure. Staff was very helpful when I wandered in never having been there before.

I was told my pizza would arrive in one hour. After an hour and a half i called and was told it would arrive in 10 to 15 minutes. 45 minutes late? are you kidding me? I suggest you try another place.

The whole family enjoyed the large slices. Plenty of options for everyone (even salads if you dont want pizza). We are also very grateful that they participated in a fundraiser for Washington (:

I got Fridays slice of the day. It was okay. I like my pizza a little more cooked so the bottom is more crispy. I enjoyed the pepperonis and the apple slices were a nice touch.

I am really not sure why people like this place. The pizza is really bland, lacks toppings, and the crust is awful.
