No frills about this place. Its not fancy by any means. Theres no liquor to go with your burger. Just pure unadulterated burger passion. Its a small spot, this place, so dont expect too much. I feel the remnants of a small taco shop while in here. Happy Hour (M-F 3-6) means that you get an appetizer free with purchase of burger and drink. It will save you like 3 bucks, so youll end up with burger fries and drink for around 12-15 bucks. -=-Carnitas Burger-=- Every week Fusion Burger seems to have a special limited edition burger. Youll see it written on the chalkboard near the back of the restaurant. My visit here actually coincided with the current offering - forgot the name so Ill call it the Carnitas Burger. The highlight of it was having a layer of carnitas within another pork loin patty. A light salsa lines the bottom of the burger. The entire burger was pretty light in taste with no heavy flavoring in any of the added ingredients. Ive had my share of carnitas-soul-searching, but this didnt do it for me. Yes, its unique, but Im sure there have been better more flavorful concoxions. -=-Hanbaga-=- You may also call this the mushroom burger. This was my redeeming burger. The most right thing that Fusion Burger did for me this visit was give me flavorful mushrooms and a perfectly cooked medium rare beef patty. The slower that I ate it, the more flavorful it got. When visiting Fusion Burger, make sure to get a flavor of what they do best: a near perfect medium rare beef patty. -=-Sides-=- Happy hour gave us a choice of sides. Dont miss the cheese tosos which was like round tater tots with a bit of cheese inside. It wasnt ooey gooey cheese, but I welcome any amount of cheesiness. The sweet potato fries were ok. They were good for one thing and that was for dipping it in sauce. I was able to try 2 dips: the garlic aioli and the jalapeno ranch. The garlic aioli was a bit light compared to what I usually taste. The jalapeno ranch though was fabulous. There was a spicy consistency throughout every dip. I would even go as far as getting regular fries vs sweet potato just so I can taste more of that jalapeno ranch. Get it and dip your burger in it. Oooooooh .... *shudders*... The Yums!

if youre following a paleo-type diet or avoiding large quantities of industrial seed oils for any other reason, this is one of the few places you can eat fries! well, i know their sweet potato fries are fried in tallow, at least, those are the ones i get! woohoo! SO delicious! (they have cinnamon sugar on them, though, so if youre avoiding added sugar, remember to ask them to leave that off.) its hard to find anyone using animal fat to fry things these days! plus they have gluten-free buns, and their dipping sauces are dairy-free (but not vegan—egg in the aiolis of course). the burgers here are supremely good, whether you just do meat & veggies, or have a super cheat day where you go ahead and have that gluten-free bun (which is so good, especially when you very rarely get to indulge in any kind of refined bread product, this is a great place to make that rare exception). the flavors are so, so good. if youre a fan of umami burger, then youre familiar with the level of burger yum and types of flavors im talking about. but i like fusion burgers more—its even more mom-n-pop, completely unpretentious, and its our own NELA gem, and they have some treats all their own (love the menu). theyre super friendly, just like you expect in our neck of the woods from real, down-to-earth places (no hipster/too-cool-for-school vibe). love love love. only wish i let myself have more cheat days, b/c then id be here constantly! ;)

I have been to Fusion Burger about six times. I am constantly impressed with how clever and flavorful the food is. The chef uses the simple burger, and impresses his love of food and flavor upon it. His pickle plate is made onsite, with obvious notes of ginger and corriander; it is a subtle pickling he combines, the beer onion rings remind me of tempura, light, and celebrating this well=known side dish, Desserts are quite good. I am never disappointed, I am always happy to eat there, it is the most sophisticated, taste infused, thoughtful, and masterfully combined pallet of flavors--for a price that is a third of what it would be on the westside. I dare anyone to disagree.

The food here is great! The service is friendly and attentive. The parking is basically offsite. There is a tiny lot it shares with several other businesses including a lavanderia, so yes it fills up quickly. The lamb burger is my favorite. It actually tastes like lamb, so if you are a fan and hate it when people try to make lamb taste like weird chicken breast, go for it.

This place seems like a nice fast food Fusion Burgers. Tried three different bowls here with some friends, and we each had different favorite bowls. This shows the variety each that each item has, not to mention they are very reasonably priced for the amount of food that you get. Ill have to come back next time Im on the area and have a craving for some comfort food.

Wow what an amazing lamb burger. Best one around and for a very good price compared to others I had. It was cooked exactly right, and was flavored very savory and well. Im sure their other burgers come out just as well. Im not one to usually think much difference between burgers, but this definitely stood out for me. Their shake was average though.

This place is really close to my house, which Im thankful for. It has no atmosphere whatsoever, but it has surprisingly tasty burgers, and is pretty consistent. Reasonable price, but no booze to be had...and the burgers would pair really well with a nice cold beer.

Really wonderful burgers - we had the pastrami burgers and loved them. Service was a little off - questions related to ingredients were hard to get answered, and the decor is evolving. Not a lot of tables, which makes it hard to bring my 3 parents, husband and son.

You cannot order over the phone for delivery, which is strange. Ive never heard of that. I tried ordering through eat24 multiple times and the order kept failing. Ive only had this issue with Fusion on eat24. ChowNow does seem to work, so order from that website.

Best Burgers in the local area hands Down. Great prices, quality food and ingredients. Not the usual Burger/Frys/Soda Combo place most are used to. Leave that mentality at th door. These are gourmet burgers not fast food. Great service. Highly recommend it.

The break room burger is very satisfying and delicious, however a bit sloppy. I want another As Im writing this review. The fries are extra crispy and dazzled with chipolata mayo. Its between 1 and 2 dollar signs tb h . Ill be back!
