This Olive Garden was definitely built so that it could be at a mall. The seating arrangements are fairly close-quarters, so that they can fit as many people as possible. It gets very crowded and you are mostly guaranteed to have an extended wait-time if visiting during dinner hours or the weekend. Another thing I noted immediately when walking in and then reinforced during my meal was that it is incredibly loud inside. It almost felt like being at a bar with how loud everyone inside was (likely to be related to the close-quarters seating arrangement and possibly the proximity to the mall). Making conversations are difficult without raising your voice to levels of what I would consider an annoying and tiring amount. The service I experienced by my waiter was great. The waiter came by at a rate that was appreciated. Sometimes I had to ask him to repeat himself due to the noisy atmosphere. The food was molto bene (very good). So if you just want to eat some good food and avoid talking to your relatives or friends, then this is just the location to visit!

Heartwarming ..my daughter has been celebrating her birthday at Olive Garden since she was 9 years old and today turned 23..we went today to the Olive Garden in Buena Park..we told them how long weve been celebrating her birthdays at Olive Garden they were so touched..even though we have visited different locations over the years they treated us like family because thats how they view their customers in all locations.. it was an amazing experience and the manager there is so nice and just seems like a genuine person, thank you so much for everyone who helped us today celebrate at the Buena Park location , we live in Las Vegas and was visiting Knotts Berry Farm, so thats why we had visited the Buena Park location , and so glad we did!

The only reason I come to Olive Garden is because most of the people I know love to come here. It makes sense, its inexpensive but the pasta is not all that great. I could make better pasta at home, but dont or else I wouldnt come here. The good thing is that they do serve you a lot so you could take it for left overs. My left overs tasted better than when it was "fresh". The pasta tastes like it came out from the box. I have tried better shrimp pasta from Kickin Crab. Just thinking about it makes me want to go there for the pasta. At Olive Garden, the display looks better than what the pasta actually tastes like. I suggest taking the soup to go and if you have left over reheat at home on the stove; that way you can add flavor to it.

Although I love olive gardens unlimited soups and breads ticks, today was a very very big disappointment. Out of all the places I decided to go to olive garden for my Valentines day date, and had a bad experience I ordered the stuffed chicken marsala and was served something completely different (witch by the way tasted horrible ) I asked the waiter if he was sure the plate I was served was the stuffed chicken I was assured it was. It definitely was NOT the stuffed chicken once I showed the waiter a picture of what I ordered he apologized for the mistake. Unfortunately the kitchen was closed by the time my plate was out. I had to leave with an empty tummy.

We came for dinner last night to celebrate our anniversary and the service here was just amazing and made our night!! Waited less than 5 mins to get seated (even though we were estimated 25 min wait) and also waited less than 5 mins for our food to arrive after ordering! I didnt even finish my soup by the time my food came lol. Our server Eddie was on point with checking up on us and we were just so impressed with our whole experience. We told the manager our compliments and he was honored with our feedback as well as us celebrating our anniversary with them so he gave us a free dessert on the house(: Will definitely be returning to this location!

Its been a year since I last visited OG. I love pasta, but when you can make your own, why pay triple the price for it right? I should have stuck with my conviction. However, today, I ordered the pasta and was really excited to get my pasta which started at $12.99 with $3.99 saute shrimps add on and my $2.49 Italian sausage. When the dish came out, I was so disappointed. The shrimp were so tiny, and it wasnt sauté, it looked and tasted boiled. It was about the size of a dime. For 4$, I was expecting at least the ones about the size of my pinky. On the plus size, their soup and salad is still legit.

Ordered online got there on time and their take out window was helping one person before me I swear I waited 30 more mins. Before someone could actually help me whats the point of it being "take out" if I dont even get helped right away...and the girl that was giving out the order was just joking around with another staff member...worst experience ever! I had a better chance to get my food faster if I had them seat me.

I wasnt impressed with this Olive Garden. The server wasnt that great and the food was just alright. I have to be honest - the food tasted like it came out of a package. I love the bread sticks and salad but had to waive our server down to get more. Top it all off - they automatically added their idea of a tip to our bill as if it was a requirement. I dont like that!

At the end of the day, you cant beat Olive Garden anywhere else for the tier in which it stands. Salads are always crisp, bread is always fresh. Menu is extensive just enough, between the entrees and appetizers something exciting always pops out at me that suddenly I feel as if I couldnt live without. If you havent yet, pop in and enjoy!

We had a great time with our family. Food was great as always but what made our visit special was our server, Ranier he was very pleasant and very attentive to our needs. We had a party of 9 people and the way he handled it was like it was just 4 of us. We will be back for sure and asking for him to be our server again!!!!

Saturday before fathers day, was seated quickly, Mailen our waitress had our soup, salad, breads ticks and drinks out within 5 minutes. To be honest looking at the parking lot we almost left. I am very happy we did not. The tour of Italy is a lot of delicious food. You have to pace yourself and still have left overs.

Compared to other Olive Gardens...Buena Park by far exceeds the fastest service and great customer service! I love how we didnt wait long for our dinner. My Mom and I ordered our food and in 5mins the salads and soup arrived followed by our main course. Great serive and thanks to Gilberto for being our server.

If you dont use their app to do the wait list before heading to the restaurant then you are bound to wait a long time. We used the wait list and get seated pretty quick. Their soup is delicious and their Five Cheese Ziti al Forno is delicious. Would recommend if you have not much of a plan for after it.
