Me & mom went to Newport seafood in Beverly hiss to Service was very nice I really really loved the chicken with Chinese broccoli and garlic my mom really did not like the clam if you do not like clams do not try it. if you have a lot of people you should get the large order of their yummy delicious crab with a lot of the crab eggs get a a lot of rice in a bowl and scoop up the nice crab sauce on the bottom of the crab when you eat the crab make sure you get a fork and put out gently without having the crabmeat fall apart . If you really love fried food you should try to start and pepper calamari and the salt-and-pepper shrimp. I am the fried tofu with a dipping sauce. I came in expecting the same Newport experience that you get in Rowland Heights, but unfortunately this one caters more to a "your own portion" crowd (i.e. not chinese family style serving plates). The portion sizes are smaller, and its more expensive, but that is what you get when you get a Rowland Heights eatery and put it into the 90210. I wouldnt really recommend it UNLESS you cant make it out to alhambra, San Gabriel, or Rowland Heights for cheaper and better quality chinese food.

Just okay. Im not a seafood eater but my family is so weve been here multiple times. This is like the ugly red headed stepchild of the original New Port Seafood in the SGV. The dishes are sold at a premium, they are smaller, and they dont taste as good. The only pro is that parking is easy and affordable for the area. The decor is really nice but you can certainly tell that this place is catered to a certain demographic (wealthy and non-Asian).

Its NOT the new port seafood you are looking for, simply skip it! This place was opened for tourists and non-Chinese who heard about the other New Port Seafood. The worst service in LA we have seen in the last 10 years. They tried hard to sale "larger" lobster and crab after you place the order.

Beautiful atmosphere with wonderful food and great service. The outdoor seating area was really enjoyable. We were a group of 9 celebrating a birthday party. We simply had a great time. The restaurant offers either self parking or valet service. Self parking rate was more than reasonable.

The food is great! The lobster and noodles are amazing. The service is just lacking. They take a while to check on you, theyre not very organized and getting drinks after your initial order is nearly impossible. If they step it up service-wise they get 5 stars easily!
