GEEZ....usually love the food here, BUT...I just ordered delivery from chin chin and it arrived OVER an hour after I placed the order. Not only that but I told the guy on the phone I would be paying with cash and the delivery guy didnt have change, and I wasnt about to fork over $40 for one meal that took over an hour to get here! The delivery guy had to WALK AROUND my complex looking for someone who had change for a $20...he finally came back while I was standing at the door for him with change. Started to eat my food, I was STARVING at this point, and half way through my fried rice, I chomp down on something that does not feel edible. I pull out of my mouth this half inch long black metal wire thing. It looked like a miniature, skinny, black twist tie...WTF?? NOT ordering from this place again. Waaaay too overpriced for the wait time and inedible surprise I found in my lunch today. The fortune cookies were okay

Amazing! Super fun and lots of options for all diets. They have a gluten free menu and vegetarian options(probably some vegan ones too but I didnt check) the staff is great! The man who Served us had only been there a week and he was kinda and very helpful. The vegetable chow mein and the wonton stars were great and I highly recommend them. The flowerless chocolate hazelnut dome thing was awesome too- please try it if you stop by! 10/10 would eat again

This is the best asian cuisine I have ever been to. Every time my family and I visit, we are greeted with an extremely friendly staff, fast and fantastic service, and delicious food. The manager at the brentwood location is the most kind and honest man who seems to really enjoy his job. Thank you, Chin Chin!

Im not big on asian cuisine, but I ended up eating here a lot due to convenience. Luckily, their food is high quality, so I could tolerate it. Really good fried rice options. Chinese chicken salad is really good and they have good soup as well. Really high prices that dont equate to the portions.

My wife and AI had a very lovely dinner. Service was attentive and included a visit to the table from the manager. We had a show to see at UCLA and asked the waiter to make sure we were out at a specified time. We actually made it to the show early. We shall return.

Its a nice warm and cozy atmosphere. Great service and good food. They are flexible and make substitutions to match your taste buds. Its a casual place with good food would come back here specially for the excellent service.

What Chinese restaurant changes for rice oh yeah this one. Also took 2 hours for delivery was quoted 45 minutes. Food was cold...... and had no flavor...... Would not allow me to return food for refund.....

Love this place. Ive been eating here since 1986. Their Chinese Chicken Salad is my favorite salad in the world. Incredible. Wish they would bring back the chocolate macadamia nut pie though.

I am a french-dip connoisseur. We came here to taste the first and the best. Really good, but not the best. Fair prices. Fun atmosphere. Really enjoyed the "train museum" in the back room.

Pretty good place. There arent too many chinese restaurants on San Vicente in the nearby area, so its a good place to get your chinese-american food.
