I have been to many Burmese restaurants and most of them had a lot of Indian influence with a little bit of asian fusion, this one seemed to be the opposite, which means you get to try some unique items in the menu. Most of their dishes had some yellow colored bean custard, which was super rich but for some reason didnt go well with the dish. Other than that the chicken curry and coconut rice was pretty good, so was the samosa salad. But the best part about this restaurant was the service, even though we went around closing time they didnt rush us or compromise on their service by any means.

This is outstanding. We tried 3 of the salads and the braised pig intestines. Salads were flavorful and balanced heat, salt and spice. Fish cake salad and the tea leaf was outstanding. The chickpea tofu one was good but pales in comparison. The pig intestines are something I never had. Lot of star anise, coriander and thick thick broth. Really sweet service.

I love coming here! This restaurant is the fulfillment of the owners dream to introduce Burmese home and street cooking to the world. All the dishes are based on family recipes that feature subtle and delightful flavors that are the hallmark of Burmese cuisine. My personal favorites are the bean and onion fritters, as well as the fish chowder.

Old wilted tea leaf salad, at least 24 hours old, was served. It was gross. We complained and they did nothing, even argued with us and still charged us. Fish soup was crunchy and vile tasting from what I assume are lots of ground bones. I love Burmese but definitely did not love this place. My stomach hurts... Never going back.

Food taste is the only redeeming factor. Chicken coconut soup is decent and the fish chowder noodle soup was alright. Service is extremely slow. Took 10 minutes to be seated with many empty tables. No water refills was offered. Took a long time to get the check and even longer for it to be collected.

We got the family style dish for $25 which was super filling. The curry pork was the best dish in the meal. It had a good amount of flavor. We werent super impressed with the tea leaf salad but the samosas were solid. Definitely not as good as Burma Superstar but much more economical.

Food was great, and Im glad to see they had all items available after their soft opening. Staff were reasonably attentive, but felt a little understaffed overall. Props for a nice and varied menu as well as seating for those who need to wait for their table to be ready.

Had the tofu nwe noodles. Hard to describe but I enjoyed it! Would be really great on a cold or rainy day. Waitress said it was vegetarian.

First time Burmese food, so hard to compare to other Burmese places. Compared to Thai, Vietnamese cuisine a lot less flavourful though.

I came for lunch and enjoyed the fish curry. The service was a little slow and they were out of most of the milk teas on the menu.

Yummy and semi-affordable. Had scissor bitten noodles which is seafood on flat noodles.
