The service is fantastic. You get to personally know the staff AND learn a different language through friendlessness and care. The staff is always very happy, kind and prompt. The same amigos everyday! I usually get a latté or peppermint tea with a breakfast bagel: eggs, cheese, onions, tomatoes and pepper jack cheese. And its hour and delicious everytime. The pastries are fresh everyday and the display is beautiful. I could go on and on!

Good food, good drinks, and a prime location. If your studying at Doe, its a perfect transition because you only walk down sather lane and its there across the street. A good transitionary place to use when Doe is only open from 9-5 during non-semester hours as the cafe is open until 8pm. However in the previous post by someone, I have to admit....limited power cords for the laptops.

There are only two electrical outlets, so unless your laptop has a good battery, good luck getting anything done. Overcrowded. Cheap, but non-fair-trade coffee. Relatively few vegan or gluten free options. In short, if youre vegan, allergic to wheat, and an author who needs to work on their computer...well, this is probably only me, but I didnt like this cafe very much.

So many memories conducting day(s) long interviews here. They never mind you lounging around. But please at least get a coffee if youre gonna sit there all day. The food and drinks are always just okay. But thats not why youre here.

I love this place: lots of space, good espresso drinks, variety of pastries available, delicious sandwiches, baristas who remember you if you go there a lot... Also, for me, its a great study atmosphere, especially on the top floor.

Open late at night for studying and decent coffee served quickly. Serve a bagel with eggs, onions, tomatoes and cheese, which is great in the morning. The tables can shake a bit.
