Fabulous experience! The new location is really charming and yet modern at the same time. Wonderful bar area, with comfortable and gorgeous leather chairs and both bar seating and table seating. We had to start with Sangria which was delicious, and several tapas including the chickpeas and baby octopus braised in lobster stock (my fave), the squid stuffed with tomatoes & cured ham braised in their ink (my husbands fave) and the jabato mozarabe - young wild boar slow-cooked with chickpeas, apricots and almonds. It was fantastic too. Then we had their famous paella - it was a lot of food but we loved everything. We were thrilled to see they moved the charm and quality to Belmont with them - we love the new location!

Camoflaged between non-descript comercial buildings on El Camino Real is this delightful little restaurant, serving up tasty tapas and sangria. The staff was super friendly even when we walked in without a reservation. The food came one after another, and just about every dish was wonderful. It gets a little pricey once you start piling up the little dishes, but overall it was a worthy experience and a great find for Spanish cuisine on the peninsula.

Great atmosphere. Friendly service. Very Spanish style: tip is added to the bill, you can sit all night and no one bugs you, food is expensive and small portion but very rich you are meant to say less. Tried the following on a Sunday night: Cheese bread.. good Scallops.. very rich in flavor in the sauce and mushrooms. The scallop itself is fully cooked so harder than expected but OK. Would probably try another dish next time.

This is the new location of a well established restaurant in Menlo Park (lost lease and moved to Belmont). The establishment is smaller, but cozy, the same staff seems to continue with Iberia. The food remains good, the service is kind of spotty. One thing you need to be careful, as this is on the busy street of El Camino, the parking could be a little complicated. Still this is the spot for decent Spanish dishes.

Moved to the peninsula and found this place through Google. Looks like a house and as you walk in I got that exact feeling. Sat at the bar and ordered a few tapas with a nice glass of Japanese whiskey. Ohishi. Will be back to have a full dining experience and will post again.

I received an email today that Iberia has finally opened in their new location in Belmont. Congratulations! Im excited to check them out soon - they had amazing and delicious tapas in Menlo Park and Im sure theyre serving up the same comida deliciosa in their new location.

Went here for a family dinner a few weeks ago. We got tapas for the table (the Chorizo stuffed dates were the favorite) but the Paella was the best Id had in the Bay Area. All the desserts were fantastic for those who any room for it.

The food is great, but they add a 20% tip to all bills without even giving an option. Even worse is that the service isnt really that good. Probably because the servers are not incented by a bigger tip.

Iberia is a fabulous place to go for tapas! Absolutely delicious food. I recommend the stuffed dates - decadent. The new location is a little less cozy than the original, but is still very pleasant.

Had a wonderful time here, cant wait to come back. Parking is frustrating and its small, so groups might be a challenge. But food was wonderful, staff was pleasant, and atmosphere relaxing.

Food was great, my wine was great, tip is included but service was still excellent. Would give 4.5 stars, because restaurant was boiling hot inside on a cool night for some odd reason.

Iberia restaurant maintains a modern presence for a Spanish-style eatery. Enjoy your Sangria, spend time with friends and relax into the atmosphere.
