I love breakfast for dinner, so one night while pondering my dinner options, I was delighted to find an IHOP nearby. The place isnt hard to find; its in a strip mall but practically on the street. The inside was clean and tidy. On a Monday evening, there were only two other couples in the entire place while we we there, and only one waiter. We were seated quickly, however, and ordered without too much delay. I tried the pumpkin spice pancakes and ultimate sausage & bacon combo. The pancakes were a bit sweet but tasty, and everything else was just fine. My wifes Swedish crepes were as expected. The only complaint I had was on the drinks - we both ordered the new frosted mint hot chocolate. It was actually quite tasty, so no complaints on the flavor. However IHOPs website, it says refills are free. When I asked for one, however, we were told that they were not refillable. I didnt want to argue or complain because Im paranoid about disgruntled staff adding "extra flavoring" to my food/drinks, so I just let it go because it was a big cup, anyway. On the bright side, our waiter was kind enough to bring another one while we were polishing our meals off, so its hard to complain and we left him a good tip. We still plan to come back.

Today my family and I went to this location to have breakfast. I had an unpleasant experience because the lady in charge of leading us to our table was very rude. She rolled her eyes at me just because I asked her to place us in a booth instead of a regular table, then simply walked away without a word. She displayed terrible customer service and an even worse attitude. The food was good and the waiter who was in charge of our table was very welcoming and attentive, but my experience and morning overall was ruined by the lady whose name is Jennifer. Please discipline your employees or instead employ people who actually value their job and will give their one hundred percent. Thank you.

Beautiful and modern building and interior. Exceptional service, and most importantly, consistently great food. Really enjoyed my experience here, and look forward to visiting this IHOP again next time I am in the area!

The food was great, very fast since we had a pretty big group, also had great customer service the waiter was patient with us even when we needed to split the check more than just half and the restaurant was also clean!

I was eating and a small roach was crawling all around the table. The manager didnt even stop to apologize or anything. I did hear the manager in the back telling our server, "he supposedly says there was a roach."
