Went here a month ago, they got our order wrong (AGAIN) but we didnt know until we got home due to a fussy baby. Called that same night and Tiffany (only one with any customer service skills at this location) apologized and told me that she would have her manager call me tomorrow morning. Didnt hear back from anyone so I called back and talked to another girl who assured me that manger CARMEN was going to call me back and issue me a refund that next day. I kind of forgot about it until about a month later when we drove by, I called back again Friday 5/22 and spoke with another girl who knew who I was (had my name and number already) and promised me again that CARMEN was going to call me back the next day. I called Monday 5/25 and finally got a hold of CARMEN who had me on the phone for 15 minutes putting me on hold every 2 minutes and coming back on the phone to tell me the same thing - that they would remake half of the food we had ordered. I told her I would rather not go back to that restaurant and would just simply like a refund like I had been told. She said "do you want your meal replaced or not" and I said "no" and she HUNG UP ON ME! I called back and got the number to corporate and spoke with owner "MIKE" who pretended to hear me out just to tell me at the end that CARMEN probably hung up on me because she was "slammed" and that I am making too much of a big deal for $17 order. To which I responded that it isnt the $17, its how I was treated (no return phone call for a month, then talked to CARMEN who hung up on me? (mind you, I wasnt yelling or cussing or anything)). I can see why the customer service is so poor here, it obviously stems from the owners and upper management. Ive never been treated this way anywhere and DEFINITELY will not be back. TIFFANY - YOU SHOULD GO WORK SOMEWHERE IN HOSPITALILTY since you are the only one who knows the meaning of the words "customer service" and CARMEN - YOU NEED A DIFFERENT JOB WHERE YOU DONT HAVE TO DEAL WITH CUSTOMERS.

Dont come here with the new farmer boys VIF app, they dont accept nor get points for the VIF app, I lost my $5 off coupon, since the manager doesnt want to have the app use in this chain franchise restaurant, and there no notification on the door staying that they dont use the VIF APP here!!! I like the food but very disappointed on the service

Had horrible drive through experience. Went at lunch break and they forgot to put the zucchini and ranch in the bag. Tried calling them 5 times to say Im coming back so they can have it ready (since Im on my lunch break) and no answer. This not the first bad experience its just the first time Ive complained

Farmer Boys has a lot of options for "fast food". Its more of a cross between a normal sit down restaurant and fast food. The burgers a really far better than any normal place with a drive thru. The meals are about $10 a person for a combo bit so is most everywhere else so I guess you cant complain.

I havent even gotten the food yet. But Ive been in line at the drive-thru for 20 minutes and when I got in line theres only two cars in front of me. And theyre charging me for water. When I got in line, I had 30 minutes to get to my daughters concert. We are now running quite late

Most of the time food and service is good. Today we had the non pleasure of dealing with CARMEN. She has a very bad attitude and her customer service skills are VERY BAD. THE owner of this store should do something about her.

Very friendly staff and the food is usually very good. I asked for the clam chowder soup in a bread bowl and got very little soup with my order. Not the standard service so I was disappointed.
