Undoubtedly the worst service I have ever had! After ordering I was told to go to the parking lot to wait for my food and it would be brought out to me. I sat for ten minutes and finally i just drove back through the drive through. At the speaker i was told that my food was ready. Five minutes later I backed out and went in. i was greeted by a rude worker, I asked her to refund my dinner, I did not want to wait any further. She walked off and said "I dont have no damn pass-code" turned her back to me and proceeded to prepare food. I asked another worker if there was a manager I could speak to. They all stood around and ignored me for approximately two more minutes. Finally the manager came and assured me my food was still hot. I asked her to please refund me and she asked for my receipt. I advised her that I was not provided one. Her reply was "did you pay" I assured her I did in fact pay with my VISA card. Another employee dug in the trash and retrieved my receipt and I was provided my money back. After a total of 30 minutes I was free to leave. I was not even offered any documentation of the purchase. i had to in the end request my initial receipt. What a pitiful excuse for customer service. I taped the whole mess on my iPhone. I plan on going back in and showing the recording to the owner.

I JUST WENT AND SHE SAID THEY OPEN AT 10. I CAME BACK AT 10:04 AND THE GUY PICKS UP AND SAYS THEYRE CLOSED. EVERY TIME I GO LATE AT NIGHT THEY NEVER HAVE APPLE EMPENADAS. AND ALWAYS TRY TO OFFER ME THERE NASTY KFC CHERRY PIES INSTEAD WHICH ARE DISGUSTING. GOOGLE SAYS THEYRE OPEN 24 HOURS. BUT THEY DONT OPEN UNTIL 10 AND THERE KFC IS NEVER OPEN. THERE BURRITOS ARE MADE SLOPPILY AND HALF TOASTED. NEVER GO HERE IN YOUR LIFE. THEY MAY SPIT IN YOUR FOOD

Getting a 2 star review until they extend non-drive thru hour. I have been to many taco bells where the dine in hours are 1am, it is unreasonable to cut off dine in hours for any fast food place at 9am, especially when they advertise themselves as "eat late". I love Taco Bell, but this location is ridiculous.

Albany. If you know what the towns like, it will either puzzle or bore you. Good food. Young workers what I saw here. First no green sauce then found it later after saying sorry were out. How about, well check and tell you? I always think its my local reputation and theyre playing me. K. Bean

Dont go here. I went a couple days ago and they were out of tortillas, they couldnt make most of their menu so I left. Tonight their grill was off 40 minutes before closing, he said the only thing he could make was burritos and tacos, left without anything again.

Standard Taco Bell food, the real problem here is the service. Always takes way to long. Not busy, only one person in front of me and took nearly 30 min from when i walked in the door until I got my food. Staff was more interested in socializing than working.

Horrible service! Dont give u what you order! Check before you leave. Dont assume they are competent humans! They are primates! They also just shrug their shoulders when you ask whats on the menu. I cant believe there are people out there this dumb!
