This is a reliable joint for simple, more traditional Chinese fast restaurant food. Chinatown was too busy, so I found myself headed here. It gets somewhat busy at noon, but they run a tight ship and I was seated soon. The lunch special was simple and tasty, with hot & sour soup which came with, a choice of rice (fried or plain), and your standard jasmine tea. Unfortunately, their baby corn tasted straight out of a can, and I found some gelatinous goo in my hot & sour soup... well, Chinatown might be more legit, but this store wasnt too bad, overall. If you want something thats not on the menu (e.g. duck, or a chicken dish with beef instead), just ask- theyre very informal and will actually likely provide whatever it is. Bottom line, at least the portions and prices were very agreeable, here!

Great local Chinese restaurant. We have never eaten here but get food here to go or delivered since we live nearby. My favorites is the Sesame Chicken, General Tsos Chicken and the Beef/Broccoli. They have the perfect size portion for lunch, which I grab sometimes if Im WFH. Its quite a big portion for lunch and the prices are really reasonable.

Ive only been here once but I was very impressed with the quality of the orange beef. The dish was skillfully prepared and I did not have to wait very long, the presentation was pleasing, and the taste was flawless. I normally only eat meals like this in the homes of people whove been cooking for as long as they could walk. Simply splendid.

When I lived in Alameda, this was my go to Chinese delivery. The food was excellent and the delivery was always timely. My usual order was General Tsos Chicken, Chicken Chow Mein, and veggie egg rolls (usually free with my order!).

My husband always orders shrimp with lobster sauce and brown rice. Not every restaurant serves brown rice. Their won ton soup is my favorite.
