Ordered online at 7:08 pm. Website said estimated delivery time was 8:08. I thought an hour was a little long, but it is Friday night. I called around 8:25 and they said there was now a 2 hour wait, and I must have ordered just before they got "slammed". No call or email about a longer wait. Pizza arrived after one hour and forty-five minutes, cold as a loaf of bread. I called them back and the girl who answered the phone said a manager would call me back. That was an hour and a half ago. So after you call to order, preheat your oven if you want hot pizza.

Ordered lunch special. Was told it came with pizza, breadsticks, and a drink. So I asked for a diet Dr. Pepper and was told they didnt have any. Ok. I got there and they did have diet Dr. Pepper. Then when they gave me my order they said bread sticks did not come with it. Whoever is taking orders needs to get his stuff together.

Tried ordering a pizza at 5:40PM for my family. Was stuck on hold until 6PM with various music. A previous time had it where the one who was taking orders and we were to pay when we got there basically stayed looking at the computer screen and gave us the "Just wait" finger sign. Very rude on both phone and in person.

Asked what was on it and the person never said onions so my pizza was LOADED with terrible tasting onions (my friend tried to eat them and she loves onions) my one large pizza took 1 hour and 25 minutes to get here, and to top it off it was cold. Never going to order from here again- Papa Johns has a new customer.

Their wings were not too good they taste like store bought wings they had no sauce on them and when i ordered bbq wings they dipped buffalo wings in bbq sauce. They were so nasty i threw them away. There pizza is very good i love it!

Rude phone service, late delivery and told it was all my fault. Sent back $35 worth of cold pizza. Delivery driver said he was from Little Rock and didnt know the town! NEVER order from them!
