The food is good & location is good. When we first walked in the doors in front were locked so people were looking at us from inside then came out to open the door for us. They did not know why doors were locked. They let us in and this preppy looking guy advised his server to give us this very TINY booth. Next to main counter and next to main door. My wifes booth was wobbly and not stable. The booths next to main entrance/next to their counter are very small & cant even get in to seat. I asked server to give us different booth but that preppy manager advised her to give us booth behind our old one. I was frustrated very much and couldnt even get inside to seat, so I pulled out the table and rearranged my self to get in. (they didnt like that?) the new booth was in same location next to main door and their main entrance/counter. Every time someone went out we were blasted with very cold air. I nod my head and get our and put on my sweater. No big deal. We went on eating our food which was good. When bill came we were wondering why the bill was so big? We added up our costs and came to find out that they were overcharging us. We signed the credit card receipt left tip & notified that manager. He is like you got jalapeño so thats why. My wife is like ok but its still higher. So she went down to other menu item & he pulled out his menu and checked priced. He is like Yeah its a mistake and we charged you higher. So we were like ok... He starred at us like that was ok? We left restaurant telling him to fix this issue. We are not requesting refund but fix it. As far as booth. There were bigger booths in back which were empty and lot quieter area. The ones we were given are for kids hard to get in and not enough place to put food. Its also next to main entrance with cold air blasting your face. The shift manager working on 1/1/16 9.30pm was total denial and was just plain jerk.

After a hard day of work I decided to stop in for a beer and dinner it was approx 6:45 pm. Sat at the bar and observed that the 3 men behind the bar were busy (running around with no organization). I was not greeted or even looked at. I understand when its busy service will be slow. I sit for 10 MINUTES and was never once greeted or acknowledged that I was even there. A guy from the band comes up next to me and yells for the bartender to get him and his band a few beers. I say "hey I would like to get a beer as well", again I was not even acknowledged. I wait 5 more minutes with nothing and got up and walked out without any staff saying a word as I gathered my stuff and left. How ridiculous?!?! I went up to Los Portillias and enjoyed a beer and dinner with friendly guests and staff. That was my first and last visit to Senor Tequila.

Santiago was our waiter two days ago. Hes a very nice and energetic man that tries his hardest to make each visit special. My 4yo son wanted to pay our food bill with a dollar so Santiago gave him the bill. My son brought it to us and said he didnt have enough which made us all laugh, including Santiago. Afterwards, a band that plays every Thursday was just arriving and let my son play the tambourine while they warmed up. They play good music, too, so Id recommend going between 4 and 6 (I think those are the hours they play, I cant remember exactly) to hear them play. Great place to eat. OH the food is amazing, too. Some people say theyve had better, but I tell them you cant get a better price for this quality food.

Every time ive gone its been good. Dont listen to the 1 star reviews from the entitled who for some reason expect to be waited on hand and foot with the service of a super fancy restaurant. Its a mexican restaurant and they do a great job and make great food. Dont let the little snowflakes who probably were texting the whole time anyway fool you with negative comments, its a good place to eat. The staff have always been super friendly. But you know people tend to not be friendly or tend to stay away from your when you make weird demand, make rude remarks about their english, and act like youre in a hurry. If youre in a hurry dont go to a sit down restaurant and piddle fart around and blame it on the staff.

Señor Tequaila has always been my go to restaurant for Mexican cuisine. Other local Mexican restaurants I have tried do not compare to the quality of not just Señor Tequilas food, but there service and cost. The portions are extremely generous for the price. The servers are extremely friendly and very fast. Chips and salsa as served less than two minutes after being seated and entrees are served less than twenty minutes after ordering, even during peak buissness hours. The Conway location decor is very appealing with a modern look. I would absuloutly recommend this restaurant to everyone! I would also recommend the Ranchero Special!

Ordered pina colada drink special. It was no special - it was just tiny. I dont call a special something they sell at a reduced price, but serve a much smaller size of. I couldnt drink it with the straw, there were huge ice chunks in it. It also didnt taste very good. The salsa was the canned stuff most Mex restaurants serve. No imagination. The tostaguac & the burrito tequila were also very typical. Nothing special. Service was ok. Restaurant was clean and nice. I was a little disappointed.

Great food! Excellent service! After waiting for over an hour at The Pasta Grill with awful customer service and then being seated in a cramped unrealistic location with 3 kids (people literally walked into and moved the highchair my daughter was sitting in to get around) we were sat immediately at Senor Tequila with friendly people who were very considerate and helpful. I would highly recommend Senor Tequila, but I would not go to The Pasta Grill, especially if you have any kids!

Been twice, once durning lunch hours and once during dinner hours. Both times the service was a nightmare. Had to get my own refills, my own silverware, my own to go boxes, the list goes on. Food was cold and the wrong items brought to me. Only upside was the cocktails but of course i had to get those myself also. Bathrooms are so nasty construction workers wouldnt use them. And to top it off the servers have no basic manners.

Standard Tex-Mex in a place that overdoes the fanfare. Its Mexican food yall. Chips, salsa, burritos, "combo #s", and fajitas. Nothing revolutionary, nothing special, and nothing warranting the freak-out, five-star reviews this place has garnered. A sad day has come when nothing but Mexican restaurants and fast food can thrive in Conway. Our eatery scene has gone down the commode over 2015 and early 2016.

I Have tried many Mexican restaurants and none of them compare to the service/atmosphere/Quality, and hygines of Señor tequila. The new location of Señor Tequila at conway is great and simply amazing. I would totally recommend for anyone who is wanting to try mexican food for the first time, trust me Señor Tequila is unique in many ways, especially their taste and fast/great service!
