I walked into the restaurant 10 minutes before closing hoping that they would allow for me to at least order some food to go... I was greeted with a smile and assured that it was "no problem, and that I was welcome to sit and eat as long I needed to". I quickly sat at the very clean and elegant bar, and again I was greeted with a smile. I apologized for showing up so late. I was reassured that there was "no problem". I ordered an 8oz sirloin and a drink. My food came out perfectly cooked and a very courteous bartender tended to my drinks and offered casual conversation. The on duty Manager came by to check on my order satisfaction and he too reassured me to "take as much time as I needed". The greetings, service, food and drinks, staff and atmosphere were 100% delightful and I will certainly come back to this restaurant. Thank you again Outback Steakhouse of Conway, AR!

My husband brought me for my birthday dinner tonight. He ordered us a blooming onion,himself the Alice Springs chicken with loaded fries,and I ordered the center cut steak and lobster with a sweet potato and chopped pecan/blue cheese salad. Our waitress told us it was her first day on her own (after we were getting ready to leave) the chicken was phenomenal. The steak was perfect. The lobster was quite a bit overdone. Im not a complainer ..ive had the lobster tail many times at outback and its perfect...even rivaled Red Lobster. It was about the only negative in our experience minus our waitress forgot our second order of bread (but we lived lol). I would highly recommend this restaurant. Highly recommend the Alice Springs chicken or the center cut steak.

We waited for a table for an hour and 15 minutes after being told the wait would be 40min. Once we finally got seated. We didnt get bread. And the first half of the table got their food and were done before the 2nd half got food. None of the steaks came out the way they were ordered. Look absolutely nothing like the menu items, and 1 of our party got her food 25 min after the first person got their food. My son order a kids meal with fruit(an apple and some grapes) the apple had not been washed still had the sticker on it with the core still on the pieces they cut. Hate to say it but will not be going back.

Order placed online, stated that order would be ready 20mins from time placed for curbside pickup, which would be at 5:01pm (on a Sunday). We sat waiting, until someone came out and asked if we had an order, because they didnt show any. After a bit of looking, our order was misplaced-ultimately, our food was not in prep. Once found, we waited longer for it to be prepped. After an hour (total wait time) we finally left with our order. Food was ok.

We had a great time the manager Cherokee, came to our table and asked how we were doing. He was very nice and friendly. Our waiter Terry Walker is awesome! Great service and always has a smile. I ordered my usual, ribeye medium rare, with a loaded sweet potato, and broccoli. My husband ordered a loaded bake potato, salad and prime rib. Both dishes were delicious! Food was prompt. Overall a great meal with good friends, I couldnt complain!

Its probably OK if youre there for steaks but we join steak-eaters there occasionally for a change. The non-steak options are fewer in number lately so we probably will suggest other places to meet. Our friends also seem to appreciate the bar selection, but again we dont go there to drink so I cant offer a comparison. The non-alcoholic options are about as sparse as the non-beef options.

The good was delicious and the drinks were yummy... But we felt rushed. I wasnt asked if I wanted another drink, were never got any other bread, they didnt ask us if we wanted dessert... It was 10pm and made us feel like we were supposed to be leaving. So, food is great, customer service was somehow both obsequious and presumptive ( borderline discourteous).

Though the service was excellent, the food left me with much to be desired. The parmesean chicken was just ok. Nothing exceptional. My friends steak didnt look like something I would ever get there. Hence why I got chicken. Mikes across town is authentic food and well aged steaks for around the same prices. Two stars for the service and my mixed vegetables.

the servers were constantly bringing the wrong food to the wrong tables. it was a very long wait on our food and when we finally got the right food, it was cold! We also didnt get refills or bread. The waiters were socializing at other tables instead of putting in the right orders. Not recommended, dont waste your time and money.

Poor customer service for a slow Sunday. They didnt have a competent cook on duty. He got 3 of 5 orders totally wrong. My order had to be reordered. The manager on duty handled the Best he could. My second order came out when my party had finished and were ready to go. Of course I got it to go. Not a good experience.

We had a large crowd with two wait people. The wait person we had was nice but slow. The other wait person was fast. Most of that part of our party had their main entree while we were still waiting for appetizers. It was annoying to the point we asked the other wait person to slow down to let our person catch up.

Slow service for a weekday and empty house. Bar did not provide shot that is advertised to accompany margarita. Rectified problem, with debate, but slowly. Food was decent. All I did was ask them to deliver what was advertised and also printed on the advert on the table.

Its a typical Outback, my food was perfect, the service was great, my only complaint is I really dont like eating in the dark. Always seems too dark in the dining room. If your wanting a high end steak house, you wont be happy but good food in a decent atmosphere it is.

This location was bustling. However, they are moving in October a few miles away. As it is now, it is nestled in a row of hotels. The food was good. I called the order in and walked over from hotel to pick it up. The order was correct and the food was tasty.

Got a to go order...cold (as in refrigerated) bread, cold fries, cold shrimp, no croutons on my salad, no ketchup, no nothing. I ate because I paid for it. Next time Ill go to McDonalds where the food is at least warmed after they take it out of the freezer.

Outback is really good. But Pretty expensive. I just wished they had more options for appetizers. Come on cheese covered fries.....But Im not going to rant. The staff are nice and friendly. It is best to go with friends so you can split the bill.

Came for my birthday, our waiters name was Cherokee (great start) you could easily tell he was handling half the restaurant and was still very nice and helpful! Will return regularly and if you come, ask for him, he really is awesome!

Terrible service. Food sucked. Orders were incorrect and steaks were not cooked as ordered. Bill was over 150 bucks for 6 of us. I been to many Outbacks and enjoyed them. BUT NOT THIS LOCATION EVER AGAIN!
