The cashier didnt ask if I had a reward card before cashing out. It seemed like the young man who helped me jumped on the register because the cashier was busy. I work in food service so I understand sometimes things like this happen. The panera location in Grant and Swan always ask for the reward program and are always super engaged with and when the customers walk in. This location didnt seem focused on the customer they were kind of in their own world work wise. I would still return to eat but not stay to eat.

We came in at 7pm on Monday we were the only ones ordering and had to wait 10 minutes to order the floor and all the tables were messy . We went to the restrooms both were out of paper towels because they were all over the floor. When we received our orders the food was wilted and had a bad flavor an over all poor experience ! I just came back from Keizer Oregon where I went to another one of your restaurants and it was all around a great experience !

This is a great place to go if youre a student looking for a quiet place to snack and study. I brought my laptop with me and sat in a booth in a quiet corner, ordered half a sandwich and soup which were both fantastic, and enjoyed a cup of iced hibiscus tea. I love this location as its never too busy and the staff are always friendly and helpful.

I was able to overlook the so-so pastries, sloppy sandwiches and small portion sizes because this place had cozy little booths with loads of plugs and free WiFi. It was a great place to come and get some work done. But now the WiFi is timed at a whole generous 30 minutes. Idiots. I wont be back.

Sandwich isnt very good bread taste old, chili soup. 7$ for a bowl which is cup size any where else u go. Too expensive. First time visitor and last time. Wont recommend. Ill keep my business with baggins. Ill point out the location i went to is on oracle and poush view

Good food that feels good for you. The portion size leaves a little lacking to the eye but ultimately does fill you up. And having iced coffee to go is just the best thing ever!
