Customer service was not good. Our family ordered a quart of ice cream. The employee who was helping us was extremely slow and did not care to mix our order well (we had whole size peanut butter cups in our icecream which were not even mixed in). When he gave us the quart that we ordered, it was half full. I was confused why it wasnt full to the top and asked him to fill it to the top which he did not do. To make matters worse, while I was standing in line, an employee who was not on the clock but who was at the store with her friends, decided to go behind the counter and make her own "special" order. I quickly gathered that this particular coldstone was an employee hangout and that customers were a nuisance! I love Coldstone and regularly take my family to our Coldstone in Boise, Idaho. However, I would not recommend the Kimball Junction, Park City Coldstone.

I like the rich creamy ice cream and the wide selection of mix-in available. Usually have 10 to 12 flavors of ice cream. Make your own combos or chose from suggestions. Kind of expensive but I still like the place.

I called ahead to deep freeze ice cream and was on hold for 11 minutes while the clerk was having some ridiculous conversation, when he finally picked up he hung up on me. Terrible service
