BIG RIP OFF -- EVEN FOR PARK CITY This place is a big rip off, even for Park City. I ordered a full Daves BLT to go without onions; paid seven bucks for it. Judging from the sandwich they gave me they must have thought I ordered an ONION sandwich with a little bacon as a garnish. One side of the sliced sandwich was in fact literally entirely bereft of bacon -- but had PLENTY of onions in an apparent effort to compensate me with the one thing I asked them not to put on my sandwich. I dont know why the staff at Kneaders (Park City) even bother to take customers orders. They should just pre-make their sandwiches and toss them to patrons when they walk in -- i.e., just skip the step where the customer actually tells them what they want and the step where the customer doesnt get what they asked for. That way we can also all in turn skip Step Three -- telling the idiot (and thats what you must be if you cant take someones order for a freaking SANDWICH for which you charge seven dollars) that messed up your order and your seven-dollar sandwich that they messed up your order and your seven-dollar sandwich. Like many Park City outlets of many local chains, your experience at this Kneaders will be radically different from that which you get when you visit its other Utah outlets. So, if youre in Draper or Lindon and you want a great sandwich for a reasonable price, by all means go to Kneaders in Draper or Lindon. If, however, you are in Park City and want a great sandwich for a reasonable price, just go to Legers. They have two locations and have been getting peoples orders right for twenty years.

The store was filthy. I let them know their bathroom had no toilet paper or paper towels and trash was overflowing across the floor. They managed to get the paper products in the bathroom but did not clean up the trash. Patrons were wiping down their own tables with napkins because employees were not cleaning them. While we were in there we saw two employees take their lunch during the lunch rush. They sat at a table that had trash on it. Instead of tossing it into the trash can that was next to the table and literally no more than 8 inches away they shoved the trash over onto another seating area. You could see into the kitchen area of the restaurant and there were things lying on the floor, food sitting out uncovered that shouldve been placed in the cooler. The front room area by the register was littered with trash. First time at a Kneaders and also last. Never going back there again.

The quality of food you would expect from kneaders, friggin delicious! The service on the other hand was pretty mediocre. I felt like the employee at the register didnt really care to be there. They got the name wrong for the order and when I asked if it was our order and listed the names of the items (same employee as earlier) she handed them to us and said nothing and walked away. Finally, getting a refill on the French Toast was awkward since I asked for a refill (still the same employee) and she said okay, but in the order, and then let it sit on the bar for a while. By the time I got it it was almost cold. They werent super busy so there want a reason for it to sit there. So, really not impressed. I may come back again, but its doubtful

Very poor customer service! I called hoping to place an order so when I arrived it would be ready to go, I sat on the phone for almost 40 mins.. when I got there all the employees are doing other jobs, they dont stop to help you with your order. This is not the first time this has happened. Plus they are always out of things! Very disappointed with this Kneaders. I go to heber ut Kneaders all the time and never have this problem. I recommend spending the extra time driving to the heber one because the customer service I get there and the time is so much shorter, also the food is so much better

Went for breakfast. The french toast was delicious, and is sweet enough without syrup, which was also good. The highlight of the morning was the Italian omelet which was simple (eggs were moist with bits of yummy sausage, flavorful tomatoes, fragrant basil, and mozzorella cheese). The next best part was their bags of bread ends, which are big bags full of the bread ends of their loaves that you buy all mixed together at a discount. They are perfected buttered and broiled and then eaten with soup. Also, the management here is very kind.

This is the worst run Kneaders I have ever been to. Every single time I have placed an order they have either forgotten something or completely given me the wrong order. I would imagine there is absentee ownership and the employees seem to hate their job and be miserable. I would highly recommend corporate conduct training or get the owners more involved. I have been here multiple times hoping for better service and it is always lack luster.

50/50 that youll get a well made sandwich here. Produce tastes a little on the weak side, sandwiches are usually pretty dry, and for $7 I would look for a little more. Nothing hearty about these sandwiches. Great deserts (pricey), but if you want a sammy go over to Legers near the WF / liquor store. They stack the ingredients high and everything tastes a little fresher.

Very slow to take an order, then slow to bring the food out. Tasted ok but presentation was awful... Sign out front says they are open till 9pm and they asked us leave @ 630 because they were closing??? This was our first time to Kneaders, not sure this is a common thing with them but will not be coming back anytime soon...

I love Kneaders so I was unpleasantly surprised to come to the Park City location and find the staff extremely rude and unprofessional. The staff was arguing with each other quite loudly and acted put out with any questions I had. They were also out of bread bowls around 1pm and the ice was not working. Big disappointment.

Sunday hours online and on the store window say they open at 8 AM. My friends and I and two other groups of people sat outside until almost 8:15 with employees looking at us through the windows before they decided to open their doors. No one ever apologized. Very unprofessional. Will not be returning to this location.

Been to several kneaders that handle as much (or more volume) and this particular franchise is the worst on timing. Ive waited 35-40 minutes for my breakfast on two different occasions. The managers and owners of this location dont understand systems and processes.

Got "AIR Sandwich" instead of a Chicken salad sandwich!! Ordered 2 chicken salad sandwiches & paid $17 for them! Went home & discovered only 1-2 smallest pieces of chicken or anything Really on it. Just bunch of lettuce! Absolutely a Rip off!! BAD Quality!

Best low priced food in all of Park City. Be warned, theres usually a line. Best items: pumpkin bread loaf, any dessert, endless French toast breakfast. Sandwiches are excellent for lunch. Get a loyalty card when you go, because you will be back.

Horrible.....way under staffed and disorganized!!!! I will never go back to that location again. I am extremely patient and easy going, and they managed to really ruin my experience. I left one star because i cant comment without it.
