Our dental office staff wanted to have lunch to send off an employee on her last day. We came in a little before Noon - party of 10. It didnt seem that busy...but we were in one of the hi-tops in the bar area and couldnt see the restaurant area. It seemed like the bartender was the only one working her section and there was one other office lunch party like ours there...so she needed help. And it was lunch time so Im not sure why they werent better staffed. By 12:50pm, we still had no food. We had patients at 1pm, so all of our clinical staff left without their food. A couple of us stayed behind to wait for the food we asked to have packed to go. The manager did come over and hand us all coupons for our next visit...he seemed frazzled too. Everyone has an off day. This was theirs. Im sure well have better luck next time.

Staff is friendly enough but weve visited twice and had lengthy waits for food and service. First time we we t it took 45 min before they even brought out beers. We let the manager know that we were leaving and he took off the drinks that never came. We decided to give the place another go a few months later, and yet again we waited 45 mins for 2 orders of 12 wings. At one point there wasnt a single employee that could be seen in the restaurant, no bartender, no greeter, no servers, waiters, managers, nobody. The place had about 4 tables and the guests were kinda just looking around wondering where their food or waiter was. The wings werent sauced very well either. Im only comparing it to other Natives Ive visited, but this location is the closest to my house but the one Im least likely to visit again.

July 2nd between 2 and 4 p.m. we visited this location the bartender was are waitress, she was very distracted with her significant other that was seated at the bar she spent more time conversating, kissing and flirting, then she did tending to the customers. We had to send back two different plates due to them being incorrect or cold when delivered to our table. The food may have been up to temperature when they first came out of the kitchen but by the time she was done kissing and delivered the food it had went cold. When we brought this to her attention it seemed as though we were making it inconvenient for her. All in all it was the worst location to visit due to the lack of service of all Native Grill and Wings.

I was advised by several coworkers to finally give Native a try. The restaurant itself is in a good area and well up kept, but first impressions can be deceiving. I went with my family, my wife and 2 young sons, and were sat by a drunk group. The restaurant was very empty so this was a very unnecessary placement. They got our wing order wrong twice. Their only redemption was good beer and decent pizza. I will not be going back here and will not be trying any other Native locations based on my experience.

Called to order carry out and the girl who answered seemed like I was interrupting something by calling. Her answers were short and she was not the least bit friendly. However, when I came in to pick up the food I was helped by a much nicer gentleman who apologized for her response. Got the food home to discover our wings were overcooked and totally dried out, bordering on inedible. Guess thats what I get for not opening the box before leaving the restaurant. I will not be coming back.

Worst experience ever with a Native!! Sat down for 20 minutes before being asked if someone was helping us and this was after the waitress walked by us twice! Finally placed our order and sat another 45 minutes, asked the waitress what was taking so long and instead of her giving us an answer she decided it was a good idea to argue with us about why weve been there for an hour without any food(we did get drinks). I will never return to this particular Native ever again no matter what!

Nice atmosphere staff was kind but had a bad experience with the food, I ordered a Native veggie burger but instead of informing me that they didnt serve veggie burgers the brought out a beef burger which I took one bite of and found out it wasnt veggie, then they apologized and brought out the bill. It was a shame the burger went to waste because it tasted good.

Hope it is growing pains, but...... chicken wing dip app was not very good, looked and tasted like it was pre-fab food. the burger was almost Ok but the bun on top was burned and soggy and greasy on the bottom. Onion rings over fried. The calzone was over done and chared on the outside. not so good. I will try again in a month or two.

Ordered 2 pizzas 2 dozen wings and was told 25 minutes. Arrived in 25 minutes and had to wait another 25 minutes. All of the food was less than room temperature and when we called to talk to a manager we were told they were too busy helping a large party. Still have not received a call back after an hour. What a waste of $75!!!

I love Native and especially now that they are just down the street! My family and I go here almost every weekend and I always order wings for the UFC fight I host at our house for my coworkers! Now all my buddies from work are hooked on the honey hot wings which are by far the best wings Ive ever had! Thank you Natvie!!!

We love Native and normally get exceptional service but today we are very disappointed. Ordered takeout and sent our daughter for an order we were told would be ready in 15min, really turned out to be 35min and was not ready when she arrived. When she brought pizza home, family opened to box to find a burnt pizza :(

Seemed understaffed, also didnt seem busy at the time. 20 minute wait as an Uber Eats Driver for a few orders of wings, also there were others there in the front waiting long periods of time/having to get their orders fixed. To-go orders doesnt seem like a good idea from this location.

We got here and had to wait 5 minutes before we can even order our drinks. Then we waited 15 minutes before we can even order our food. We didnt even get our food it took them about 45 minutes after that. By the time I got my food it was barely warm.

Food was good, server was pretty good BUT oddly forgot about us at the end. Didnt come by at all for around 30 min (a table for 8!) Had to get a different person to go get him. we could see him putting glassware away the whole time. Come on man.

Every time I come here everybody is super nice to me and make care of my friends and I like were family. Everything always comes out super fast and hot, and not once have we had issues with our order. I absolutely love coming here! :)

Breakfast pizza is good anytime! Only negatives... filling the already tiny ranch cups halfway, literally all of them, and the server not coming to see if we needed anything until he dropped the check. Sorta tacky. No, it is tacky.
