The happy hour appetizers are pretty good. But this review is about the lunch we had. We ordered off their lunch menu. I had the chicken parmesan sandwich, and my wife had a sausage and pasta dish. The pasta was really pretty good. The chicken parmesan wasnt. The chicken was overcooked, the breading had no seasoning, and the marinara sauce was very (very!) mild. Not bad, but not really good either. The garlic fries were fresh and hot, but for some reason not much garlic flavor this time. Usually at happy hour the garlic is pretty strong. But not this time. Id probably rate this meal two stars, except in the Google system that means "dislike". I didnt really dislike. It was adequate. Service was adequate. Chicken was barely adequate. Pasta was good. Price was a little high for lunch, though. I may just stick to the happy hour.

My wife and I both had lunch today at Gordon Biersch San Tan Village. We had the Goat Cheese Spinach salad. My wifes salad wasnt too bad as far as fixns go, she had the chicken one. I had the same salad with Salmon. I doubt that it had 1 ounce of cheese, it was suppose to have bacon maybe 1/2 strip, and egg I didnt even realize it had egg on it until my wife ask if I had enough egg. What egg? My salad was priced at $13.75. OVER PRICED! The service was good, but I probably wont return for any meals. Today was the first time back in 4 months. The last time I got probably the worst Blacken Chicken meal. They have got to work on the Quality and Quantity before they send it out to the customers.

Very Poor Service! Label Your Beer Flights! Last night we had a party of six on the patio. From the time we got there until we left it took 2 hours. Rarely saw our waitress. Second, we ordered the six beer flight. A waiter delivered but didnt know what beer was in each sample glass. I suggest that you label either the glasses or put them on a tray with labels (like other brewerys) so that your customers know what they are drinking. Lastly the bills were incorrect for each couple and that took at least 20 minutes for the waitress to figure out. Sorry, but wont be coming back. Lots of other restaurants with much better service. On a high note the food was VERY good so compliments to the chef!

Normally I have decent experiences here. Always have to wait at the front for someone to seat me, but the food is always good. However, this evening I experienced quite the opposite. I was told the kitchen was already done for the night and it was at 8:45 PM, when the "late night" starts at 9, and the business closes at 11. Ive been coming to this location at least once a week for the last few months, so as a repeat customer, I was not expecting such a rude experience. I work 11-10 shifts, so Im usually not out of work until then, and I have been seated after that time before. Probably wont come back due to this poor service. There are places with better customer service and cheaper food elsewhere.

Love this place and their happy hour. Service is usually very good. Always stop on our visit to San Tan. On the last visit my friend and I were watching the pre-inauguration show that was already on and volume turned up. A new bartender came to his shift and turned it off even though we requested to keep watching it. We were told he wanted to watch NHL hockey. There were only two other patrons that were not paying attention to the big screen. Just want to know when the employees interests outway the customers? We decided that we would find place that put their customers above the help.

Was greeted by the hostess in a non caring manner. The sign read out front immediate seating, but was asked if we had reservations? We had 8 in our party and the hostess advised that they will not assist in putting tables together to accommodate, and simply said that we would have to do it on our own. Not friendly at all and seemed darn right rude. Here we are at an almost empty restaurant, and they didnt care for customers to walk in. Terrible experience for a party of 8 to witness, and will definitely recommend against your restaurant.

Fix your floor. I was on a first date, went to use the bathroom and they have small steps and I fell to my knees. Im badly bruised in more ways than one. They probably expected this review and dont care if I ever come back but at least someone else might see this and be careful. Some tips would be to worn customers that you sit in that area about the steps, to just have it smoothed flat with even a padded mat or something. Food was okay I guess. At least the staff was nice and the Manger was attentive and caring.

I live near by and love coming here for lunch with family and for drinks with friends. My favorite thing to get us their southwest eggrolls, my kids LOVE their garlic fries and their burgers never dissapoint. My only complaint is that I had been here about 5 times before anyone finally told me about their rewards program which gives you great deals! Most of the time the service is great, there is one male server there that is on point and really good at his job.

Decided to try this place for lunch. We went when it was just opening up, there were only a few people. Atmosphere was nice, our waiter was friendly and knowledgeable. He helped me pick out a great beer and even replaced one of our meals on the house when we disliked it. Everything was delicious, especially their kobe beef. (The only thing we didnt like was just a matter of taste.) They even had beer samples. Food was a little pricey but still well worth it.

Food is expensive for what it is (funny Google does not have the $$$ in the review. I smell conspiracy... and garlic fries) . Asked for no garlic fries (not too tasty and you smell like them for days), plate was covered in the garlic/grease from fries that had been put on the plate by mistake. Didnt avoid the smell due to that. Should have used a different plate. Seems lazy.

We went for lunch. Wanted to try the breakfast burritos but breakfast stops at 11:00 am. My husband ordered combo #7 and I ordered a taco salad. Both plates were REALLY DELICIOUS. We spent almost $22 (total) including the sodas. Place was packed the whole time even when they have inside and outside sitting area. The servers were very friendly....

Im soooooo happy I stopped in for lunch today! The staff has been amazing and the food, fantastic! Definitely order the street tacos and if youre a salad kind a person- go for the steak salad with gogonzola, yummy! I was having a lack later day until I arrived. Thank you Gordon Biersch for making a dull day amazing!

I cannot express how much I love the food and service here. But I very much love the food and service here. I dont like the beer but I am not a huge beer drinker. I did not dock anything on the rating because the people I have come here with seem very satisfied with the beer that they find here.
