Overall experience was horrible. Last week me and few friends went to Vertigo and the Hookah smelled like pure charcoal, bad service, and the pricing is high for the quality of the place. This week we went again thinking it was a one time thing and because we usually like to give places a second chance but this time was even worse. There was no service and we had to go to the hostess to order one hookah and no one checked on us and when we wanted to check out they wanted to charge us a$25 cover charge each peraon for staying one hour sitting on a chair with one hookah without even telling us upfront. As a foods Editor of the Puma Press and the Northeast Valley news this is a red flag and a ripp-off.

Went here on a Tuesday night. It was nice, quiet, and relaxing. We all very much enjoyed the experience. The service was wonderful and the staff was very attentive to us. We met the owner and he explained some of the great events coming up on the weekends! they have a lot to offer:) We also had some DELICIOUS desserts and tea along with the hookah. They have very fair pricing and their happy hour is great! I will definitely be coming back!

Great hookahs, premium flavors, and very reasonable prices! Atmosphere is awesome for a hang out with friends. Music is just on the right volume, not to loud! Service is gold!
