Chef John is a wonderfully talented chef and and an even greater guy! Each week he comes up with an amazing "special" dish, along with a buffet of all your breakfast wishes- always the freshest fruit, best coffee in Utah and the friendliest service! Theyre open Saturday and Sunday, are extremely affordable, and will always have some live music for you to enjoy while you visit and enjoy the delicious eats!

AWESOME !! We love the Blue Coyote Café... the breakfast buffet is excellent and Chef John has a special every week that is always amazing ! You couldnt ask for a more relaxing atmosphere , not to mention the best coffee ever ! Chef John and his wife Debs and Gino make the Blue Coyote Café, they make sure they meet and greet everyone , really feels like family ..

I perform there on Sundays at the buffet brunch occasionally and a lot of happy people end up listening and making great comments about the food and the service. Chef John is great. He has the best coffee in northern Utah. The buffet is under $10 also a great deal
