Been to this place several times because I reside near, but today I was just disgusted. I dont think the staff have the necessary training or capacity during these busy holiday weekends to stay consistent. Me and my wife were underwhelmed by the lack of food we received today. Mine was partly burnt while the vegetables were undercooked. A balance for disaster. I could have never guessed this would be this bad. This has always been my go to place whenever I visit the mall but no more, thanks to todays meal. Youd be better off going somewhere else instead of dealing with these inconsistencies.

I got the beef teriyaki platter. The beef was a low quality ground beef, which tasted fatty and burnt. I asked for no veggies and when the cook realized he accidently put veggies on my plate, he just brushed them off, leaving multiple pieces still in my noodles. Not that I care too much about veggies, but the point is he didnt care at about my order whatsoever.

Ordered the chicken teriyaki and then cooked my chicken on the grill where just cooked shrimp. I have shellfish allergies. Most places clean the grill between but not here. Food took forever and so I wasted $7 on food I could not eat. .

I ordered Noodle soup of bowl. It sounded like Ramen. I was asked rice noodle or brown noodle.. Ramen never use RICE noodle in Japan. Taste was horrible. Japanese can tell you It is not Japanese food ever.

Barely any meat quality was not good. Even veggies were small and maybe 2 pieces of broccoli. Old white rice. Avoid this place and not cheap.

Straight dog food. No customer service, gross food. Not sure how you mess up teriyaki chicken, but it happened. Waste of $20.
