The entire place was really professional. I was over at another Outback and just got up and left because of how unprofessional it was, but I was seriously impressed with this location. I would drive the 13 miles it is from my house to go to this location over the one 1 mile from my house if that speaks for anything. The waiter was spot on and had a genuine personality. The hostesses were NOT a bunch of air-headed gabby ditzes that seemed to be annoyed by us having interrupted their conversation but were kind, polite, and welcomed us to their location (unlike the one over by Power Rd and the US 60). Even the manager was out and about helping patrons and making sure things were going smoothly. The food was good, the atmosphere was nice, and nothing went wrong. About the only thing I could think of that wasnt top notch was the cushion on our seats, but thats really pushing it and trying to find something to nit-pick about. Then again, when you have tons of people actually coming into your location because its good, youd expect the cushions to wear down haha.

Took the Wife here tonight, and ordered the Salmon and Potatoes, and the Chicken and Ribs. Ordered some coconut shrimp as an appetizer. The appetizer arrived quickly, and the shrimp were hot and crispy! The Salmon, Chicken, and Ribs were fantastic! The fries that came with the Chicken and Ribs were "So So", as they were not very crispy. However, This isnt what you come here for. Our server, Lucas T, was very friendly, and attentive. He was well spoken when asked questions, and knew the menu very well. The manager (I cant remember Her name), was also very friendly, and asked how our meals were after we had finished. The prompt, friendly service (From the hostess, server, manager, and the gentleman that took our names when we walked in) is what many restaurants we visit are lacking. To add, the food at this location was better than we remember from the last time we ate at a different location. Cant wait to visit after the remodel!

I will never go here again so I paid with the app. For some reason it didnt go through the manager followed me almost all the way to my house. Called the cops do a misunderstanding. I told them at the door I paid with the app they could have told me then that there was a malfunction with the app. So I had to walk all the way back to the restaurant and paid in cash. My server was awesome though so I tipped her well. But the manager was rude about the whole situation and ruined my special night. I will never go back to this location again. Not only was I made out to look like a criminal for an app malfunction but was threatened with cops for an honest misunderstanding. So if you want to have great food and service but also get the cops called on you this is the place to go! Strait rubbish.

Been here a few times since its so close to my house. Each time it gets worse. I keep telling myself never to go back, but Ive been back 3 times. After terrible customer service, bad food, and an overall poor job of the managements attitude its safe to say I wont go back. Its like flushing money down the toilet... and then having someone tell you "o it wont happen again" then it happens again! You think, well ok 2 times is kinda bad, but its Outback and I LOVE outback so it cant happen a third time. Then it happens a 3rd time! Then I realized you know what I still love outback, but this outback is the worst of them all and I will never go there. I actually go out of my way to go to a further outback when I want their food.

I dine at Outback regularly. As with anything, its about people and this visit to Outback proves my point. I came in for my usual ribeye and salad. And that was Great, thats what I expect, and thats what they do. I ate at the bar and Jason the bartender made it Great ! No, Im not gay, not that theres anything wrong with that. But Jason went out of his way to be sure my wine choice met my expectations and provided Excellent service. This went from a typical experience to an Awesome, even exceptional one. Thank you Jason and to those that made my experience extra special ! Everything was perfect and prepared medium rare in perfect fashion !

So first and foremost our service was fine and this review is based solely on the food! Monica was attentive and quick to fix the issue with the food. I asked for 2 premium sides with my meal loaded mash no sour cream and asparagus my loaded came w sc and I got 5 barely cooked cold asparagus...for a premium price I guess I expected a little more. My dinner companion order the same meal but decided on the broccoli....which came out barely steamed and whole...like a whole 1/4 crown just thrown on the plate! A little effort here BOH.

My husband I went there both of us for the first time. The steak we both had was amazing. I didnt eat the last of mine just so I can have some later. It sucked because my husband forgot his phone so we had to drive back to get it. Once we got there one gentlemen said he didnt see the phone on the table. So my husband came out and asked me to call his phone. Which I did and at which point the pocket of the gentlemen we were speaking with pocket rings. Thats right our his phone. So their employees really ruined the experience.

Steaks not cooked how we ordered them. Our whole table ordered medium We had one steak that was bloody red (rare) and another steak with no pink at all (well done). The blooming onion was excellent, service was great, but the cook should be re-trained or fired or something. We didnt complain, we were on a time crunch so we didnt send our steaks back. The table next to us did send their steaks back to be cooked more. The chef was clearly messing steaks up, whoever was cooking around 5pm on March 19, 2017 sucks at their job.

Always a good steak. The Outback Special steak is a great buy. The Bloomin Onion is a good appetizer for 4 people, and they actually have decent French Onion Soup. This was the restaurant chain that started the style of giving the guests huge steak knives like in the movie Crocodile Dundee. You can skip the potato and get double veggies for a low-carb meal. That leaves room for desert. No, this is not authentic Aussie food, but who knows, it may catch on in Australia.

Our Waitress Saturday night, 7-16-16, was excellent, none better. My Prime Rib superb, very will seasoned. Only problem, like so many chain restaurants that hire kids to greet and seat you that know nothing of preferential seating. The kid tried to seat us in an open table in the bar, which was empty. I told him we dont eat in bars and if I wanted to dine with SURROUNDED BY TVS I would have stayed home and eaten on a TV table. Again our waitress was excellent and from Texas.

Among other resturants to choose from we decided on Outback. The food was on time and good (here it comes), however, if you should decide on having a beer please save yourself from a disappointment. In the glass of beer was what looked like a piece of scab that grew in the beer lines. The disappointment is that we were told the lines get cleaned out every week. An entrée was compd but my choice for a good meal and a drink can go elsewhere.
