Horrible, horrible customer service. My girlfriend and I ordered a pizza from them, last week. Upon opening it, we found that they had gotten the order completely wrong. We called them immediately, to complain, and to try and get what we had ordered. The girl who answered the phone told us she would have her manager call us back. An hour later, we tried calling again, and were told that "they were very busy" and could we call back later. We called back two more times that evening, trying to get our order corrected, and were brushed off by the same girl who had answered our call the first time. We tried the next day, as well, and were again told theyd have their manager call us. He did not. The day after that, we tried again, and they finally gave the phone to their manager. The manager, "Jim", was immediately hostile and aggressive, in tone, as he asked what we wanted. We told him that his people had gotten our order wrong. He then asked us if we had kept the pizza! I told him yes, puzzled, as to what else we were supposed to do, given they had done absolutely nothing to rectify their mistake. He then proceeded, in the most condescending tone I have ever hear from anyone in the service industry, to ask "What do you want ME to do about it?" I told him that I wanted him to make it right, and give me the pizza that I had actually ordered and paid for. He then dismissively spat out that he could "give" me "20% off of my next order". 20% off. My "next" order. No willingness to make right on the order his people messed up. They basically stole my money. But for another $28 ($35 @ 80%), I could MAYBE get what I had paid for the first time. I told him there would be no next order, and hung up. Do yourself a favor, and order from pretty much anywhere else around. You cannot possibly get a worse experience. Ill simply be picking up my pizzas, from now on. ...at Spinatos.

First time ordering from this place. The pizza was great, but the customer service was "awkward." I ordered a deep dish pizza online and after it was delivered I opened a thin crust pizza. I called immediately and my 5 year old son already ate a slice. I stopped him right away. After explaining what happened, Amanda told me she could credit me the amount I paid and we could keep the thin crust (which was great customer service); however, I explained that we really wanted the deep dish so we were hoping we could get the pizza we ordered. She asked if I wanted to "use my credit" for the CORRECT pizza that I initially ordered. I said yes if thats how it needed to be done. NOW HERES THE WEIRD PART and why Im giving a two star review. She then told me that they will bring the deep dish and we could RETURN the thin crust. WHAT?! theres literally a slice missing because of my son. I know you cant re-serve the pizza to someone so why ask for it back? So now I have a cranky kid wondering why he cant eat the pizza that came and a pizza thats getting sent back to basically be thrown away. AWKWARD......

I called to order takeout, and unfortunately they close the register for take out. She then stated that we could come in and order from the bar, so u asked if she could put the order in at the bar for me and Id come pick it up. She said that was "not possible" ?!?! What ?!?! The kitchen is still open but somehow they cant put in a pizza order, I would have to show up and eat in the restaurant. Barros is a little further drive for me, but their pizza is way better. Sorry Rosatus I wont return.

This place use to be a dance club,it is now a Sports Bar and restaurant I am from Chicago so I was looking for great Chicago style pizza.The Pizza is very average.Sandwiches are okay.Very good service.Nice atmosphere.Plenty of tvs for the games.Plenty of parking.Nightly specials.This one is a little plusher than the one in Tempe.I will definitely go back.

Very unfriendly hostess. Skimpy on the drinks. Hostess moves people around to fill up tables even when only half full. Management allows customers to scream and yell continuously. Yeah its a sports bar but its not a sports stadium. Worst sports bar experience ever. Too bad. I was hoping to be a regular but going back to Zipps and Dukes now.

It has a lot of good beers but i wasnt very impressed with my chicken parm sandwich, next time i will try pizza and update my review accordingly edit: i tried the calzone and was super impressed. It could feed 2, very cheesy and was very good. I just wont get the sandwiches anymore I just wasnt a big fan of the bread.

Great sports bar. The food is great (although the Chicago dog was a bit on the small side) and reasonably priced. They have well north of 30 TVs so you can catch any and all of your sports. Although there is a lot of seating, it rarely is crowded. Overall, a great place to grab a beer and your game.

Great food and very attentive and friendly staff. Perfect for a work lunch or to watch a game. Cant wait to come here for the football season and watch the games on all their TVs. Any seat in the place has great views of all the TVs.

Rosatis this is the best Chicago restaurant in the history of Chicago the best Chicago pizza. The Waitresses were great food was out fast. If youre interested in what real Chicago pizza is you have to try Rosatis

Very disappointed....came to watch the Bears game in a Chicago bar and they had the Cardinals on.....why is a bar with nothing but Chicago memorabilia and a Chicago based menu not playing the Chicago team

Dont order take out. Witnessed them screw up a mans order & well I should have looked at my order & of course they left out a salad I ordered. You are better off enjoying the food by dining in.

Everything on the menu is fantastic. I have never had a bad experience . The pub is great for gathering, viewing and family friendly. One patio is dog friendly.
