This was my first time eating here. The food was great...the beer was an absolute hit and the service was awsome. My wife and I had the pleasure of having two servers as our waiter Nate was in training. Both were great but Nate was responsible for our table. We were greeted promptly, I was informed of the best option for the Lobster Lump Crab Cake I ordered, which allowed me more bang for my buck. The crab cake was delicious...so much so we ended up ordering four. Nate suggested the Mabock Beer. I decided to try it and was surprisingly pleased with the taste and the buzz. All in all we loved the place. Our server gave us enough space to enjoy our food yet enough attention to feel special. All in all the experience was great and the food was even better. Great job guys !!!!

Out of five dinners, only one was hot. The lobster and shrimp mac and cheese was a joke - farfelle pasta in a cheap alfredo sauce with 3 small shrimp and a sprinkling of lobster-like substance. It was served luke warm. The bacon on the hamburger was stringy and the fries were stone cold. The steak dinner was cold. The server took it back and returned a while later - since it took so long we assumed it was a newly prepared meal - nope they just reheated it. Putting a glob of fresh garlic on a bowl of fries is a rediculous attempt at garlic fries. The only thing that was good was the beer. It is a crime for this restaurant to ride on chain reputation and location.

The hostess service was awful! Not only did the hostess rudly shove us off, she also sat 4 other couples before us, while telling us we had a 20 minute wait! Then the server messed up our order and barely came to check on us to see how everything was. Also, the server took off the first chance she could and if we asked for another drink, she took at least 10 minutes to bring it. Everything was over priced, and the portions were way too small. This place was one of the worst restuarants I have been too.

Came here once and it was absolutely terrific!!! Came during the day...so it wasnt to busy. Order a Mojito and it was perfect!!! Also the food!!! I order the pulled pork or beef, I dont remember, but it was delicious!!! You have several choices where to sit and eat...at the bar, an open table near a window overlooking Mill Ave or the balcony where you can enjoy the heat. Prices werent to bad...but do recommend this place!

I like GB but it feels a bit "touristy" to me sometimes. Good food and beer and a nice atmosphere. Try the bleu cheese chips with the bacon to start. The cajun pasta and the lobster and shrimp mac n cheese certainly dont suck and the burgers are always a safe bet. Yeah, go ahead and get the garlic fries, follow it up with a beer, your friends wont mind... Their patios are cool. Great people watching spot, for sure.

Come for the in-house brewed beer and stay for the warm apple bread pudding. This chain has never disappointed. This location is not as fancy as those in Virginia and California but is spacious and inviting with courteous employees. My order had an issue and I had to send it back but the on duty manager made it right. You have to love a place that aims to ensure customers are satisfied.

Ive never seen what the big deal is about this place. Food is just ok, and while they may have a decent selection of beers, there are other places in town that have even better selection and better food. Last time I was there, I had a Long Island Iced Tea that seemed more like a watered-down Arnold Palmer. Not even convinced it had alcohol in it, but it sure was priced like it did!

I dont know why I havent reviewed them before! This is my absolute favorite Middle Eastern restaurant! The foods is fantastic, the prices reasonable, and the employees are friendly. Is a very casual place, and the grocery attached has loads of stuff! And the baklava at the checkout counter..... I always leave with several kinds and they rarely make it...

Ive eaten here 3-4 times, and every time has been spot on. Large portions, great food.I ordered some food to go recently, and the quality was really disappointing. When I addressed the issue with the manager, he seemed skeptical but in the end replaced my food with perfect dishes, reassuring me that this restaurant is worth going back to!

The food and atmosphere was fine, however, I was really disappointed by their service. The waitress seemed to forget about us multiple times. We had to wait about 15 minutes for her to take our order as she was nowhere in sight. Once we got our food, we were never checked on. Perhaps sitting at the bar would get better service.

I was very disappointed in the service at this location. The place was very empty at the time. We waited at least 15 minutes for our drink orders, over 45 for our food, and our drinks were never refilled once! My friend had to eventually find our waiter and ask him for our check when we were done eating.

Very spacious restaurant and bar with above average food for this kind of place. The real draw is their big beer selection, including housemade beers (which are actually good). Balcony seating is nice and doesnt feel crowded. The whole place is clean and seems well kept.

Brewpub chain. Its not going to knock your socks off or anything but both the food and the beer were just fine. Menu covered your usual American basics with some German inspired dishes as well. This location, on the second floor, has nice views of Mill St.

Not the best place to grab a bite on Mill. I think they try to be classier than they really are. Try some local spots in the area like the Chuck Box if youre in town visiting. If youre looking for a good beer selection, check out World of Beers downstairs.

Went on a Wednesday, nothing special, over rated downtown Tempe, AZ hang out. Not busy that night. Food was just passable, service was ok, bartender was an AH. Will not be back, worst Spicy Bloody Mary ever, and watered down drinks really!?

Pretty solid brews available here. The schwarzbier is better than most, the hefe is solid, and the marzden is great with the right food. Food here is fantastic and the service is pretty bangin. Excellent location in a damn fun part of town.

I liked everything except the short pours on beer. The food was great. I has the crab artichoke dip and ahi salad. Their beers were all tasty particularly the marzen. Just wish they hadnt shorted me 2-4 oz per beer. :-/

Dont come here for craft beer. The beer is good, dont get me wrong. But you wont find a laundry list of new beers on tap. Come here for the food. The food is always solid. Cheers!
