I come here at least once a week. All of the employees are super nice. I dont think I have ever seen any of them show anything but kindess and generosity to anyone. The pastries are good. They have a selection of milks to choose from including dairy, almond and soy milk. They make really good salads for a coffee shop. Havent tried the sandwiches but the pita and hummus plate is pretty great. Best, freshest hummus I have ever had. Their tomato basil soup is fantastic. I havent had a single bad experience here. The ONE negative thing is the smoothies. not good. Everything else = awesome. Oh! And! Their scones. They have THE best scones that actually have the proper texture for a scone. They have a cranberry scone and a chocolate chip scone.... SO GOOD. Oh yes, and their coffee and teas are also very good. They have loose leaf teas and their coffee doesnt have that burnt taste that starbucks has. Good stuff.

I previously complained about the white coffee, the owner personally met me and showed me the beans they use, when I told them the coffee was too acidic he talked to his bean roaster and changed the way the beans are made! I just came back and the white coffee is delicious. It is small business owners like these that really model how businesses should be. He was concerned I was not satisfied with his product and was willing to change something in the line of production to satisfy his customers! Knowing the owner of this business really cares about his customers keeps me coming back.

Cupz is a good place to grab a quick breakfast or study. The service is friendly, and they have many tables with outlets nearby. Its also a good place to people-watch, as dozens of students come in every hour to buy breakfast or a drink. The only downside was the coffee itself. Mine had an off-taste, and though they apologetically remade it, my second cappuccino was equally disgusting. It could have just been that days beans, but coffee snobs should be forewarned that the drinks are not Starbucks-quality. They do have a large selection of non-coffee drinks.

To-go coffee from this place is a perma-stop for me. Im probably there 3-times a week. Most of the coffee/drinks Ive had have been great and the service is quick/friendly as well. The food selections are fine, but nothing spectacular. Its not a super place to sit with your coffee and read/work/hang out with friends. Just feels entirely too cramped to stay for too long.

Worse coffee ever and paid 5 bucks..service was less than friendly..i thought maybe the 1st time I visited it was a fluke the coffee was bad...today I gave it another try because of the convenience..and it was no fluke coffee was disgusting and different employee he too was unfriendly..DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY

I always enjoy coming here. Its pretty crowded during the semester, but when the students are gone its a nice place to sit. The service is always friendly, and the dfinks are good. They serve my favorite muffins. They are one of the only places that have the type of muffins I like.

We came from Houston to our nieces graduation and were looking for good coffee. An employee from another store told us about Cupz. The service and the coffee were the best! The following day we went back for more. Also, the bagels are great!

Its not the best coffee Ive had, but it beats Starbucks by a mile. Pretty mediocre, for those who love scoping the local spots around campus, but Ill give it four stars because of the free refills on plain coffees.

Nice staff, but the coffee had been sitting too long and was overly hot. Edit: Next two times I went the coffee was much better, Im assuming my previous experience may have just been a fluke.
