WOW just WOW! First time ever to dutch bros and let me tell you, these guys know the meaning of customer service! There was a decent line in front of me, and I was greeted by a friendly gentlemen. I told him I had no idea what to order bc I had never been here before. He took the time to really find out what appealed to me then made his recommendation. By the time I made it to the payment window, I was greeted by Tom, who was AMAZING! I have no idea how he knew I had never been there, but he made mention that he knew I was a first timer and told me about the loyalty rewards stamp card. He told me how they made my drink with real chocolate milk, and even asked for my name, so that he could address me like more than just another customer. He handed the stamp card to me then gave me my drink. Which tasted AMAZING. I drove away, then looked at the stamp card. Tom had stamped it all the way to the free drink for next time! I was blown away. I literally pulled Into the closest parking spot to write this review! Awesome Awesome service! I WILL be back. You guys have made a loyal customer out of me!

Two baristas one friendly who took my order young friendly out going....then the one who served me. I wanted a white chocolates mocha no milk chocolate b/c they put milk chocolate in their white mochas. Said I had to have a breve instead b/c mochas "always have chocolate" so I nicely repeated what I wanted a white mocha no milk chocolate. Barista starts lecturing me on how to make coffee . There was a huge line developing and I really cant stoop to arguing with someone half my age who makes minimum wage. Fine give me whatever you made. By the way breves are traditionally all cream or 1/2 n1/2 instwad of milk. Well it was terrible and she forgot the whip cream. It was my first time there. I dont drive that way much and its a really shady location.....so I will not be returning. Complete waste of $5 and 550 calories plus about 40 grams of fat second she burnt it. Terrible Terrible coffee worse customer service.

Buyer beware!! The "square" process for purchasing your coffee beverages or for anything else for that matter stinks! I used it for the first time at the Dutch Bros off 12th Street and Glendale location and gave them my email to forward my receipt. NEVER RECEIVED MY RECEIPT BUT I HVAE GOTTEN SEVERAL OF ANOTHER CUSTOMERS RECEIPT SENT TO MY EMAIL. I have submitted repeated requests to remedy the situation in the customer remarks portion of the receipt, Unfortunately, I have NEVER received a non automated reply or have a "human" remedy the situation. It seems in Dutch Bros quest to provide friendly expeditious service they have over looked preventing haphazard mistakes from occurring during "java" ordering frenzies. Sadly, the this type of mistake causes ONGOING inconvenience and annoyance to the very customers that support Dutch Bros. Is there a human that can take this on? :((((((

This was my first trip to a Dutch Bros and I was quite concerned about the time it would take to get through the 15+ car line sitting in the drive thru. To my delighted surprise there was an EXTREMELY friendly associate walking through the line to collect orders, send the information to the store and even allowed us to pay card with her on her tablet! The barista at the front window was an absolute delight also, sweet college student that asked how our day was, gave us advice for our next trip and truly made us feel like more then just another customer. Great experience, keep up the great work!

I always get the frozen smoothies and they taste pretty great. Really nice customer service. Buuuuut the catch is, it is called dutch bros and its just a bunch of dutch hoes...cleavage hanging out when they give us our coffee because their uniforms are loose and low hanging. All in booty shorts with their butts hanging out. They are too flirty friendly with male customers. Watch your boyfriends and husbands ladies. Even though I like their beverages. I dont think we will be coming anymore because of the way the women are too provocative... Good drinks though. So 3 stars for the beverages.

First time at Dutch Bros. I went to drive thru and they had a long line. New Years Day and wanted to start my day off fresh. Did not get my drink right and I was scared to drink it since they made it too hot to hold and even when a double cup. Drove home, and preparing to go get ready for work and figured they brewed tea not hot chocolate snicker coffee. Very upsetting to start out the first day of the year. It be nice they can compensate the time and money spent on first visit since majority my coworkers are big fan of the Dutchs Bros.

love the drinks but the walk up service was horrible! long drive thru line so we walked up, thinking it would be quicker but the young man who takes orders at the window doesnt know how to move people thru quickly. he is too busy socializing and one of the order takes from the drive thru came to take our order. the drive thru line was way quicker than the walk up window, they need to remove this man from the window because its too hot to wait in this weather.

I absolutely positively love this place! They have young people working that are so professional and obviously trained and customer service and coffee making. Their positive attitude make my day. I havent run into one person who work at this location on Rurall Road that has been anything professional. Thank you so much for making my mornings!

I cant start my morning without a visit from the people at dutch. They wake me up and make me smile. It helps that the drinks our awesome and you arent just a customer, its like a family dinner you walk up and they want to know how your mom is and how big the baby got. The staff make the place worth the visit the awesome drinks are a bonus.

This Dutch Bros is probably my favorite in the Valley. Theyre always on point with the coffee and the workers are consistently upbeat and pleasant. One time I dropped my card and the guy hung out the window like a movie stuntman to get it. Any place that has movie stuntmen making good coffee is 5 stars in my book.

Awesome coffee, Great people who socialize with you while you get your daily fix, If you are a regular they remember you which is great because they deal with so many damn people at a time. They have increased in popularity lately so there are Always lines, Totally worth the 10-15 minute wait for quality coffee

Ridiculously long drive through wait, long walk up wait too. Coffee is either cotton candy or cardboard, no real medium for the taste. Obnoxious yet apathetic staff, but its relatively cheap. Perfect for college kids, unbearable for sane humans. Go to 51West on the SW corner of Mill/Southern, thank me later.

Closing 15 minutes early with a line of cars waiting. The car in front of me even tried honking and when I passed by the staff was just laughing and smiling and all backs turned to the drive thru. Thanks for the disappointment before I go cram all night for an exam on Redbulls instead.
