Sat at the bar during lunch time on a Thursday , there were 2 other patrons. After about 5 minutes of waiting to be greeted I asked another customer whether there was a bartender. He yelled out for the GM, Shi Harvey, who came out looking confused as to what I could possibly needed. Shi didnt bother to offer a menu so I asked for one. He sat behind the bar on his phone. Maybe Shi doesnt enjoy his role in hospitality. I never write reviews but my experience with the service here was subpar.

Ill start by saying, their pizza is really good. BUT their service is the worst service Ive ever had, anywhere. Ive ordered from them, delivery and pick up quite a bit recently because theyre the only good pizza around and EVERY time theyve screwed something up. Every. Single. Time. Even the managers Ive encountered were not helpful and more or less rude. Ive heard similar complaints from family and coworkers about this location as well.

We had a party of 11 come into this streets, there was no silver were on the tables. We asked to have bread sticks twice then we where served cold wings. When we asked to speak to a manager the employee said he just stepped out, we got up and left after that. I have never walked out before this is by far the worst service i have ever experienced.

First time there with family 2/2/2017 great service and best chicken ever...will be back to try other items on the menu. . And the restaurant was super clean was very in pressed. ...only thing today went into your site and gave a coupon for a $5 4 piece chicken meal hit save it for later now cant get it back.

Getting some work done on my tires at Discount Tire right next door decided to stop in here and have a beer while I wait. Got a large 22 oz draft Bud Light ice cold you cant find anything better in life. The bar key is really nice and very attentive and professional nice place to slam beers

This is one of the best restaurants in the area. The food is fantastic and fresh every time and their customer service is top notch. I will continue to give them my business, even if I have to go out of my way to come to this location.

love the food here. best of everything and meatball subs are great. Wed is buy one get one free pizzas any size!... bad thing is...took 30 min to make me a cold sandwich. ..and it was not busy...even called in my order in advance.

Very good service and quality, tasty food delivered quickly to the table. Extras like ranch dipping sauce offered without asking...nice. Drink cheerfully refilled before it was empty. Dean is a good server.

It took them over an hour and a half to deliver a cold, poor quality pizza. Dont waste your time or your money. Gas stations have the same quality for 1/16th the price. Shame...

We used to like streets but this location is very inconsistent sometimes good but most times they miss the mark so we just dont go there anymore.
