worst experience ever from the pizza hut in Apache junction NO ONE EVER order or eat there or you will regret it. the manager Mike is extremely rude and unprofessional and i will be contacting the cooperate office about him. The funny part is He was rude over a 2 liter of Pepsi which was failed to be delivered to me twice. I ordered on-line and got a 2 liter of Pepsi to go with the meal but when the delivery girl delivered the food she left before giving us our Pepsi. I tried to run after her but didnt get her attention. I call to the store and talk to the girl on the phone about the situation she put me on hold for 5 minutes then got back on and said they will be sending one right away or they can just refund the charge of the Pepsi to my account for next time. Assuming that meant she was sending it out the door right then i told her that we will just get another one. after eating our meal and 45 minutes pass i call them back to see where the soda is. The girl on the phone had no clue what was going on and asked if i wanted to speak to the manager. Then mike happened, All I wanted him to do is fix the problem which at that point it was just refunding me the cash for the Pepsi, but every time i started to talk to explain the situation he would talk over me and he never once gave me an opportunity to speak and instead jumped down my throat about how i was the one who asked for another one to be delivered after they failed to deliver it the first time and that i should have said to have it refunded in the first place. I told him that if I would have known it would take as long as it already has then I would have, but no one explained that it would be another 45 minutes for it to be delivered or i would have just wanted the refund. He said that he was sorry that he had no one there to cater to my beck and call and that he had no one in the store to deliver it to me and then he basically accused me of being the problem. He was already confrontational and argumentative as soon as he got the phone instead of making a solution through the entire conversation. He even said on the phone and i quote " i have 5 witnesses here to prove i asked you 5 times what you want me to do for you" when in fact i also had 5 witnesses listening to him badger and insult me on speaker phone and talking over me instead of letting me get one word in and refusing to even help me or listen to why i was calling. when I asked for his manager or his higher ups name and number because he was refusing to be professional and being extremely rude he said i cant give you that information and then i asked for the store managers name and he wouldnt give that to me either he said he had my name and number and he would be giving it to his co-manager Don to call me ....which never happened. My guests were in shock of the dis-courteousness and lack of communication skills mike had and told me that they will never go there again along with other people i called and told what happened and agreed to never go there again. Needless to say that man should not be an employee let alone a manager and he cost them allot of business. I work in the customer service industry and I too am a manager and if one of my employees ever treated a client like he did to me they would have been fired right then no questions or excuses. I already contacted their cooperate office and discussing this matter to them as well. This should have never turned out the way it did.... oh and BTW the second delivery of Pepsi never made it either.

Sad.... I stopped in recently and this is what I found; Place was empty, buffet was full but all items were badly dried-out and looked horrible, table and menu (especially menu) was greasy and sticky. Against my better judgment, I ordered a medium pizza with the stuffed-crust. My server tells me they are out of medium crust. I ask if they would be adjusting the price of a large (knowing there is only a few cents in wholesale costs between the two) and after he asks the MOD, I get a "no... sorry". OK..... I take this opportunity to do what I should have done in the first place. I tell my server just to ring me up for my diet Pepsi. He says "OK" and goes to get my bill. I hear him telling the MOD whats happening and he soon returns WITH A BILL FOR THE DRINK!!!!! I paid $2.50 for half a diet Pepsi. Here was an opportunity for any manager with even half a brain to shine and make a customer happy, but failed miserably at every chance. Like I said at the start... SAD!! Im betting the district management would not be pleased!

Stuffed crust edge fell away from rest of pizza. They ran out of large boxes so packaged my pizza in a dinner box, making it cold faster. I was told the manager would call me the next day "to see if [i] get a credit." No call was received, and when I showed up the next day with pictures, I was still told that I had to wait for the general manager, who still has never called me now weeks later. I agree with the staff that there was no reason my pizza should be cold, Ive worked in the industry for years, but it was cold and poorly made and I was seeking the proper resolution like every other pizza place is supposed to provide. I wanted to give them another chance, but Im not paying for that "privilege".

I wish I could post of picture of the raw chicken wings they just tried to feed me. Then, we called them to let them know and the supervisor, not sure what her name was because she never gave it, is going to tell me it is because the bones are red! It happens all the time, she says. With an attitude... So, I was like, just give me a credit and I will NEVER order from your location again because if THIS happens all the time, its a wonder how you havent killed someone! And youre going to get an attitude with me? Unbelievable! Store #0141. Horrible!!

This place is pricey and the atmosphere is dark. I guess the pizza is better than Little Ceasars but I feel the price you pay for it doesnt justify the means. Peter Piper is a better dining experience in my opinion. Well lit, clean and the pizza is good. This Pizza Huts parking lot isnt laid out well. Restroom was dirty and there is a smell of underlying decay. I would recommend a good pressure wash of the inside of this store and a heavy cleaning with a sanitizing solution.

Terrible service we ordered 4 pesonal pizzas and frys had 4 different servers they forgot to make one of our pizzas we asked for ketchup never got any no one asked us for refills no napkins no forks no one said sorry or anything we told them right when they brought our pizzas that one was missing for my daughter took 40 minutes and i still had to go up to get the missing pizza by that time i said keep it and give us the bill no discount or anything we will not eat here again!
